El passat 27 i 28 de maig es va celebrar la 4a edició del congrés internacional ISCVO (International school congress in the Vallès Oriental) a la Sala de l’Aplegador de Roca Umbert (Granollers).

L’ISCVO és un projecte realitzat per escoles i instituts de la zona que coordina el Servei Educatiu VOI i que posa al centre l’alumnat realitzant recerques científiques al voltant dels ODS i utilitzant com a llengua vehicular l’anglès. Enguany han participat uns 400 alumnes de 5è, 6è de primària i 1r d’ESO dels següents centres:

Els alumnes (congressistes) van tenir l’oportunitat d’escoltar al Sr. Joan Manel Riera (biòleg, educador ambiental i responsable de l’Escola de Natura del Corredor, a Ca l’Arenes, al parc del Montnegre i el Corredor) i de defensar les seves recerques a les diferents taules rodones que es van organitzar.

Last May 27th and 28th the 4th edition of the international congress ISCVO (International school congress in the Vallès Oriental) was held at the Sala de l’Aplegador de Roca Umbert (Granollers).

ISCVO is a project carried out by schools and institutes in the area and coordinated by the VOI Educational Service, which focuses on students carrying out scientific research around the SDGs and using English as a vehicular language. This year around 400 students from 5th, 6th grade and 1st ESO of the following schools have participated.

The students (congress participants) had the opportunity to listen to Mr. Joan Manel Riera (biologist, environmental educator and head of the Escola de Natura del Corredor, at Ca l’Arenes, in the Montnegre and Corredor park) and to defend their claims in the different round tables that were organized.
