Des del naixement de l’agricultura, la humanitat s’ha esfor\u00e7at a produir m\u00e9s i millors aliments. Actualment, l’alimentaci\u00f3 ha d’afrontar grans reptes, com l’increment de poblaci\u00f3, la sostenibilitat o el canvi clim\u00e0tic entre d’altres. En aquest context veurem com des de la Gen\u00f2mica Vegetal podem oferir eines per fer-hi front, partint de la millora cl\u00e0ssica, fins a les t\u00e8cniques m\u00e9s avan\u00e7ades d’edici\u00f3 g\u00e8nica com el CRISPR17 de juny a las 18:30 h
