S\u00f3n la s\u00edntesi entre les compet\u00e8ncies clau i els sabers propis de cada \u00e0rea o mat\u00e8ria. El seu desenvolupament es produeix en les situacions d\u2019aprenentatge contextualitzades que cada alumne o alumna ha de resoldre.<\/p>\n<p>A continuaci\u00f3 trobareu uns documents que recullen les compet\u00e8ncies espec\u00edfiques de cada \u00e0rea i mat\u00e8ria i els seus criteris d\u2019avaluaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>Hi ha \u00e0rees i mat\u00e8ries que mantenen la seva continu\u00eftat al llarg de tota l\u2019educaci\u00f3 b\u00e0sica.
