Amb una traject\u00f2ria laboral de m\u00e9s de 20 anys dedicada al TEA, la M\u00f3nica ens va fer una immersi\u00f3 a la manera com tenen de veure i viure el m\u00f3n. Tamb\u00e9 ens va explicar com \u00e9s d&#8217;important recon\u00e8ixer els seus interessos i explorar les capacitats per orientar-los cap al futur laboral.
