Pero la falta de conocimiento del Convenio y de las herramientas procedimentales para acceder y actuar ante el TEDH hace de este sistema de protecci\u00f3n de los derechos humanos un recurso poco utilidad y las potencialidades del TEDH son muchas pero, \u00bftenemos un conocimiento suficiente de las posibilidades que nos ofrece? \u00bfEn qu\u00e9 casos podemos acceder al TEDH y c\u00f3mo es el
