{"id":426,"date":"2015-11-25T16:25:57","date_gmt":"2015-11-25T15:25:57","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/vallesoriental4\/?page_id=426"},"modified":"2025-10-22T15:13:51","modified_gmt":"2025-10-22T13:13:51","slug":"deteccio-necessitats","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/vallesoriental4\/formacio\/pla-de-formacio-de-zona\/deteccio-necessitats\/","title":{"rendered":"Detecci\u00f3 de necessitats formatives"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Curs 2025-26<\/strong><\/p>\n<h6><strong>DOCUMENTACI\u00d3<\/strong><\/h6>\n<ul>\n<li>Formulari de detecci\u00f3 de <span style=\"color: #11b8b8;\"><a style=\"color: #11b8b8;\" href=\"https:\/\/forms.gle\/2tst8BdaguiCBzcU9\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Demandes per a formacions en centre<\/a><\/span>.<\/li>\n<li>Criteris, Instruccions i Orientacions Formaci\u00f3 del Professorat.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h6><strong>ORIENTACIONS<\/strong><\/h6>\n<p>Algunes orientacions a tenir en compte a l&#8217;hora de planificar una formaci\u00f3 en centre:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Detecci\u00f3 de necessitats en l&#8217;\u00e0mbit de centre.<\/li>\n<li>Acord de claustre i equip directiu.<\/li>\n<li>Cal disposar pr\u00e8viament del vistiplau d&#8217;inspecci\u00f3.<\/li>\n<li>Propostes a llarg termini que impliquin transfer\u00e8ncia a l&#8217;aula i cultura de centre.<\/li>\n<li>Valorar la participaci\u00f3 en algun programa d&#8217;innovaci\u00f3 aix\u00ed com la seva sostenibilitat en el temps.<\/li>\n<li>Vetllar per formacions que promoguin canvis metodol\u00f2gics al centre.<\/li>\n<li>Ha de quedar contemplat a la PGA i mem\u00f2ria anual.<\/li>\n<li>Des del CRP es fa la gesti\u00f3 administrativa referent a l&#8217;alta d&#8217;activitat (amb l&#8217;aprovaci\u00f3 des del punt de vista t\u00e8cnic des de ST), inscripcions, recull de transfer\u00e8ncia, seguiment i certificaci\u00f3.<\/li>\n<li>El propi centre, la gesti\u00f3 econ\u00f2mica de la despesa.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h6><b>CRITERIS D\u2019ASSIGNACI\u00d3 RECURSOS ECON\u00d2MICS PER FORMACIONS EN CENTRE<\/b><\/h6>\n<p>Des del curs 2021-22, la Comissi\u00f3 del PFZ ha decidit que destinar\u00e0 una partida econ\u00f2mica a les formacions en centre, assumint-ne una part. A continuaci\u00f3 compartim els criteris:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Necessitat del centre compartida (<strong>ED-Claustre<\/strong>) a partir d&#8217;una <strong>reflexi\u00f3 pr\u00e8via<\/strong>.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Recollit a la PGA com a una actuaci\u00f3 d\u2019un o m\u00e9s objectius anuals.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Garantia de <strong>transfer\u00e8ncia<\/strong> i impacte en la intervenci\u00f3 a l\u2019aula. Documentaci\u00f3 de les <strong>evid\u00e8ncies<\/strong>.<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Vistiplau de la <strong>inspecci\u00f3<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Formacions on la tem\u00e0tica no es duplica amb l&#8217;oferta formativa del Departament d&#8217;Educaci\u00f3.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Omplir el <strong>formulari<\/strong> de detecci\u00f3 de demandes formatives.<\/li>\n<li>Una demanda per centre.<\/li>\n<li>Prioritzaci\u00f3 centres p\u00fablics.<\/li>\n<li>Compliment terminis establerts.<\/li>\n<li>Prioritzaci\u00f3 de <strong>persona formadora externa<\/strong> a la plantilla del centre.<\/li>\n<li>Prioritzaci\u00f3 de persona formadora que sigui <strong>plantilla del Departament<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">Valoraci\u00f3 i aprovaci\u00f3, si s&#8217;escau, per la Comissi\u00f3 del PFZ.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hores presencials de formaci\u00f3.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Durada m\u00ednima<\/strong> de la formaci\u00f3: <strong>15-20h<\/strong>, contemplant algunes sessions amb formadors\/es externs i sessions de continu\u00eftat de reflexi\u00f3 pedag\u00f2gica.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Assumpci\u00f3, des del SE, de la despesa econ\u00f2mica de la formaci\u00f3 <\/span><b>fins a <\/b><b>4 sessions <\/b>de 2\u202fh al preu\/hora establert pel Departament<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Condici\u00f3: que <strong>no s\u2019hagi pagat <\/strong>cap activitat formativa durant el <strong>curs anterior<\/strong>.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>I sobretot\u2026 Previsi\u00f3, planificaci\u00f3 i sostenibilitat.<\/p>\n<p><em>Requisits acordats i actualitzats des de la Comissi\u00f3 del PFZ, maig 2024.<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Curs 2025-26 DOCUMENTACI\u00d3 Formulari de detecci\u00f3 de Demandes per a formacions en centre.
