S\u2019han de basar en:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>les \u00e0rees de fortaleses de l\u2019alumne<\/li>\n<li>les compet\u00e8ncies pr\u00e8viament adquirides i la modalitat d\u2019aprenentatge m\u00e9s efica\u00e7<\/li>\n<li>els reptes, els desafiaments curriculars als quals s\u2019enfronta<\/li>\n<li>les condicions personals o socials que interfereixen en la seva capacitat d\u2019aprendre.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Es considera<span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"> Necessitat Educativa Especia<\/span>l el decalatge que es produeix entre les capacitats de l\u2019alumne i les exig\u00e8ncies del context<\/strong>. Aquest decalatge afecta substancialment el desenvolupament i l\u2019aprenentatge.<\/p>\n<p>La necessitat de garantir la inclusi\u00f3 de tots els alumnes fa necess\u00e0ria una tasca que sovint, sembla contradict\u00f2ria amb el sistema inclusiu: designar i definir les categories de necessitats de suport educatiu. Aquestes categories i definicions no defineixen la persona, defineixen condicions temporals o permanents en qu\u00e8 es troba la persona.
