Quan parlem de <strong>mesures<\/strong> ens referim a accions i actuacions i quan parlem de <strong>suports<\/strong> a recursos personals, metodol\u00f2gics i materials i els ajuts contextuals i comunitaris.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Les <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>mesures i suports universals afecten al 100% de<\/strong><strong> l<\/strong><\/span><span style=\"font-family: inherit; font-size: 1em;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>&#8216;alumnat <\/strong><\/span>c<\/span><span style=\"font-family: inherit; font-size: 1em;\">onstitueixen mesures i <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/vallesoriental3\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu768\/2020\/05\/suports-piram.png\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-4893 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/vallesoriental3\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu768\/2020\/05\/suports-piram.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"310\" height=\"215\" srcset=\"https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/vallesoriental3\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu768\/2020\/05\/suports-piram.png 700w, https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/vallesoriental3\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu768\/2020\/05\/suports-piram-210x146.png 210w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 310px) 100vw, 310px\" \/><\/a><span style=\"font-family: inherit; font-size: 1em;\">suports universals qualsevol de les actuacions que permeten al centre crear contextos educatius inclusius:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-family: 'Helvetica Neue', Helvetica, Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\"><strong>1<\/strong>-la personalitzaci\u00f3 dels aprenentatges<br \/>\n<strong>2<\/strong>&#8211; l\u2019organitzaci\u00f3 flexible del centre<br \/>\n<strong>3<\/strong>&#8211; l\u2019avaluaci\u00f3 formativa i formadora<br \/>\n<strong>4<\/strong>&#8211; els processos d\u2019acci\u00f3 tutorial i orientaci\u00f3<br \/>\n<strong>5<\/strong>&#8211; i aquelles altres actuacions que contribueixen a l\u2019escolaritzaci\u00f3 i l\u2019educaci\u00f3 dels alumnes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>1.PERSONALITZACI\u00d3 DELS APRENENTATGES<\/strong><br \/>\nLa personalitzaci\u00f3 de l\u2019aprenentatge es pot entendre com el proc\u00e9s pel qual els centres educatius, d\u2019una manera sistem\u00e0tica i estructurada, ajuden els estudiants a aprendre, a crear plans personals que condueixin a l\u2019assoliment dels objectius, a formular-ne les aspiracions i a donar evid\u00e8ncia del seu aprenentatge i avaluar-lo, acompanyats per docents que donen suport i exerceixen de mentors. La personalitzaci\u00f3 no \u00e9s un model d\u2019intervenci\u00f3 ni admet una recepta concreta, sin\u00f3 que \u00e9s la resposta a l\u2019exig\u00e8ncia fonamental de centrar-se en l\u2019alumne i en la formaci\u00f3 de la persona en la seva totalitat.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Treballant de manera <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">flexible<\/span> tenint present:<\/strong><\/p>\n<table style=\"height: 306px;
