Un balan\u00e7 aproximatiu en perspectiva internacional\u00bb<\/strong>,&nbsp;<em>de Miquel \u00c0ngel Essomba, dins la col\u00b7lecci\u00f3<\/em>&nbsp;<strong>Recerca educativa de prop!<\/strong><em>(Departament d\u2019Educaci\u00f3 i Formaci\u00f3 Professional).<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019educaci\u00f3 inclusiva \u00e9s avui un dels grans reptes dels sistemes educatius. La inclusi\u00f3 no \u00e9s una resposta per a uns pocs, sin\u00f3 una responsabilitat col\u00b7lectiva dels centres, basada en la participaci\u00f3, l\u2019equitat i el treball col\u00b7laboratiu del professorat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>OCDE<\/strong>: aborda la inclusi\u00f3 des de l\u2019\u00f2ptica de l\u2019<strong>equitat educativa<\/strong>. Destaca la import\u00e0ncia de garantir oportunitats d\u2019aprenentatge i assoliments b\u00e0sics per a tot l\u2019alumnat, mitjan\u00e7ant pr\u00e0ctiques pedag\u00f2giques flexibles, lideratge escolar i pol\u00edtiques educatives coherents.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Tot i les difer\u00e8ncies, ambdues perspectives coincideixen en un element clau:&nbsp;<strong>la inclusi\u00f3 no \u00e9s una mesura puntual, sin\u00f3 un proc\u00e9s sostingut de millora del sistema educatiu<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Idees clau per als centres<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>La recerca posa el focus en alguns \u00e0mbits especialment rellevants per a la pr\u00e0ctica educativa:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>recon\u00e8ixer el\u00a0<strong>multiling\u00fcisme<\/strong>\u00a0com a recurs,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>avan\u00e7ar cap a una\u00a0<strong>avaluaci\u00f3 m\u00e9s justa i formativa<\/strong>,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>garantir l\u2019<strong>equitat digital<\/strong>,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>adoptar una mirada\u00a0<strong>interseccional<\/strong>\u00a0sobre la diversitat,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>i promoure la\u00a0<strong>participaci\u00f3 i la veu de l\u2019alumnat<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">En s\u00edntesi<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Parlar d\u2019educaci\u00f3 inclusiva avui implica repensar les pr\u00e0ctiques d\u2019aula, l\u2019organitzaci\u00f3 dels centres i les pol\u00edtiques educatives per avan\u00e7ar cap a una escola on la diversitat sigui una oportunitat d\u2019aprenentatge i conviv\u00e8ncia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Per aprofundir-hi<\/strong><br>Us animem a <a href=\"https:\/\/xtec.gencat.cat\/web\/.content\/innovacio\/recerca-educativa\/07-desembre-recercaeducativa-MiquelEssomba-acc.pdf\">llegir l\u2019article complet de Miquel \u00c0ngel Essomba<\/a>, publicat dins la col\u00b7lecci\u00f3\u00a0<em>Recerca educativa de prop!<\/em>\u00a0del Departament d\u2019Educaci\u00f3 i Formaci\u00f3 Professional, que ofereix una panor\u00e0mica rigorosa i actualitzada de la recerca internacional sobre educaci\u00f3 inclusiva i intercultural.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Aquest article s\u2019emmarca en la publicaci\u00f3&nbsp;\u00abRecerca sobre educaci\u00f3 inclusiva i intercultural avui.
