El Pla aposta per un sistema educatiu que asseguri <strong>traject\u00f2ries formatives d\u2019\u00e8xit per a tot l\u2019alumnat<\/strong>, afavorint la continu\u00eftat educativa i l\u2019acc\u00e9s a estudis postobligatoris.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Qu\u00e8 entenem per abandonament escolar prematur?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Fa refer\u00e8ncia als joves de 18 a 24 anys que no han completat l\u2019educaci\u00f3 secund\u00e0ria postobligat\u00f2ria i no estan cursant cap formaci\u00f3. Es tracta d\u2019un repte complex amb m\u00faltiples causes \u2014personals, familiars i socials\u2014 que impacta directament en les oportunitats de futur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Tres grans \u00e0mbits d\u2019actuaci\u00f3<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Prevenci\u00f3<\/strong>: garantir la igualtat d\u2019oportunitats des d\u2019etapes inicials i detectar situacions de risc preco\u00e7ment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Intervenci\u00f3<\/strong>: desplegar accions davant dificultats com l\u2019absentisme o el desinter\u00e8s educatiu, amb suport personalitzat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Compensaci\u00f3<\/strong>: oferir segones oportunitats educatives, programes de retorn als estudis o acreditaci\u00f3 de compet\u00e8ncies.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>10 estrat\u00e8gies clau<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Treball en xarxa i coordinaci\u00f3 local<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Orientaci\u00f3 educativa i emocional en totes les etapes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lluita contra la segregaci\u00f3 escolar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Flexibilitat i adaptaci\u00f3 dels itineraris formatius<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Impuls de la Formaci\u00f3 Professional<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Acompanyament de l\u2019alumnat nouvingut<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Educaci\u00f3 inclusiva i equitativa<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prevenci\u00f3 i seguiment de l\u2019absentisme<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Formaci\u00f3 docent espec\u00edfica<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Recerca i sistemes d\u2019avaluaci\u00f3<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Seguiment i millora cont\u00ednua<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>El desplegament del Pla \u00e9s progressiu i incorpora <strong>indicadors de seguiment<\/strong> per avaluar l\u2019impacte de les accions.
