Ofereix formaci\u00f3 espec\u00edfica per al personal docent i equips directius, promou la sensibilitzaci\u00f3 de la comunitat educativa i estableix protocols d\u2019actuaci\u00f3 per abordar casos de viol\u00e8ncia. Tamb\u00e9 impulsa accions per fomentar la igualtat i el respecte dins i fora de l\u2019aula, implicant tota la comunitat educativa en la construcci\u00f3 d\u2019un clima de conviv\u00e8ncia positiu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A qui va dirigit?<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Equips directius<\/strong> \u2192 Per liderar la implementaci\u00f3 del pla al centre.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Professorat<\/strong> \u2192 Per rebre formaci\u00f3 i aplicar estrat\u00e8gies preventives i d\u2019intervenci\u00f3.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>EAP i altres serveis
