Aquesta formaci\u00f3, organitzada en sis c\u00e0psules independents, ofereix un marc te\u00f2ric i pr\u00e0ctic per entendre els diferents recursos i suports disponibles al territori, aix\u00ed com per proporcionar estrat\u00e8gies concretes d\u2019actuaci\u00f3 a l\u2019aula.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter is-resized\" id=\"block-1088a6b6-98eb-4ec4-b369-f0734413161a\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/vallesoriental3\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu768\/2025\/03\/capsula-inclusio-1024x1024.png\" alt=\"Aquesta imatge t\u00e9 l'atribut alt buit; el seu nom \u00e9s capsula-inclusio-1024x1024.png\" style=\"width:467px;height:auto\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"block-28cf39b2-0ab8-4223-8758-8748d70e0676\">La formaci\u00f3 est\u00e0 pensada per a tot el personal docent que vulgui aprofundir en el treball per la inclusi\u00f3, des de les funcions dels diferents perfils professionals de l\u2019EAP fins a mesures espec\u00edfiques per atendre la diversitat dins l\u2019aula. Es combinaran sessions presencials amb treball personal per assegurar un enfocament pr\u00e0ctic i aplicable a la realitat dels centres.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La formaci\u00f3 est\u00e0 pensada per a tot el personal docent que vulgui aprofundir en el treball per la inclusi\u00f3, des de les funcions dels diferents perfils professionals de l\u2019EAP fins a mesures espec\u00edfiques per atendre la diversitat dins l\u2019aula. Es combinaran sessions presencials amb treball personal per assegurar un enfocament pr\u00e0ctic i aplicable a la realitat dels centres.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Organitzaci\u00f3 de la formaci\u00f3<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 <strong>Durada:<\/strong> 12 hores presencials (6 sessions de 2 hores) + 8 hores de treball personal.<br>\u2022 <strong>Horari:<\/strong> Els dimarts de 17 a 19 h.<br>\u2022 <strong>Lloc:<\/strong> Rectoria Vella, Sant Celoni.<br>\u2022 <strong>Funcionament:<\/strong> Les c\u00e0psules s\u00f3n independents, per\u00f2 per obtenir l\u2019acreditaci\u00f3 caldr\u00e0 assistir a totes les sessions i completar el treball personal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Objectius de la formaci\u00f3<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2705 <strong>Con\u00e8ixer els recursos intensius del territori<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Els docents sovint es troben amb situacions complexes d\u2019atenci\u00f3 a la diversitat, per\u00f2 desconeixen els recursos disponibles al territori. Aquesta formaci\u00f3 oferir\u00e0 una panor\u00e0mica completa sobre els serveis i recursos especialitzats (MISU, SIEI, AIS, IFE, etc.) i com accedir-hi. Es treballar\u00e0 en xarxa amb els diferents agents de suport per entendre millor el paper de cada servei i la seva coordinaci\u00f3 amb els centres.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2705 <strong>Reflexionar sobre pr\u00e0ctiques educatives inclusives<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un entorn educatiu inclusiu implica una reflexi\u00f3 profunda sobre les metodologies, les estrat\u00e8gies d\u2019aula i la cultura del centre. Es promour\u00e0 un espai de debat per compartir experi\u00e8ncies, identificar barreres i plantejar noves estrat\u00e8gies que garanteixin la participaci\u00f3 i l\u2019\u00e8xit de tot l\u2019alumnat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2705 <strong>Proporcionar eines i recursos per a la inclusi\u00f3 en els centres educatius<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A trav\u00e9s de la formaci\u00f3, es facilitaran eines concretes per abordar la diversitat dins l\u2019aula, adaptacions metodol\u00f2giques i mesures universals per a alumnat amb necessitats espec\u00edfiques (TEA, TDAH, disl\u00e8xia, dificultats motrius, etc.).
