Aix\u00f2 fa que el ball de bastons tingui un gran valor en la preservaci\u00f3 de la cultura i les tradicions locals.<\/p>\n<p>A m\u00e9s del seu valor cultural, el ball de bastons tamb\u00e9 t\u00e9 beneficis per a les persones que el practiquen. Aquesta activitat promou la coordinaci\u00f3, l&#8217;equilibri, l&#8217;agilitat i la concentraci\u00f3. Tamb\u00e9 \u00e9s una forma d&#8217;exercici f\u00edsic que pot millorar la resist\u00e8ncia cardiovascular i la for\u00e7a muscular.<\/p>\n<p>En aquesta jornada van participar diferents escoles de la zona.
