Aix\u00ed mateix, a partir d\u2019aquest dibuix, identificaci\u00f3 de les noves necessitats dels i les joves, a les que han de donar resposta els i les professionals de l\u2019orientaci\u00f3. L\u2019activitat s\u2019haur\u00e0 d\u2019adaptar en funci\u00f3 del format (presencial o en l\u00ednia).<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Compet\u00e8ncies per a la Gesti\u00f3 de la Carrera: Exposici\u00f3 de la fonamentaci\u00f3 te\u00f2rica i contextualitzaci\u00f3 de les Compet\u00e8ncies per a la Gesti\u00f3 de la Carrera i presentaci\u00f3 del model.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Com desenvolupar-les? Exploraci\u00f3 de metodologies, din\u00e0miques i recursos per acompanyar en el desenvolupament de les Compet\u00e8ncies per a la Gesti\u00f3 de la Carrera. A l\u2019activitat s\u2019emprar\u00e0 infografia animada navegable per mostrar din\u00e0miques espec\u00edfiques, eines i recursos per plantejar intervencions directes amb joves.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Conclusions i cloenda<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Espai de consultes en l\u00ednia per atendre les demandes dels assistents. Aquestes s\u2019hauran de contestar en un m\u00e0xim de 48 hores. o Els assistents podran accedir a la plataforma \u201cImpulsa\u2019t\u201d durant el mes posterior a
