Des del\u00a0Seminari de coordinaci\u00f3 0-6 al VOI<\/strong> ens presenten el document \u201cCom creiem que podria ser un bon trasp\u00e0s P2-P3?\u201d. Aquest document neix de la inquietud i les reflexions d\u2019alguns centres de Granollers, la Roca del Vall\u00e8s i les Franqueses del Vall\u00e8s per fer una bona acollida i un bon acompanyament dels infants que fan en el pas de P2 a P3. L\u2019objectiu \u00e9s que la seva lectura pugui ajudar a la reflexi\u00f3 en les etapes implicades i que doni peu a seguir una l\u00ednia d\u2019actuaci\u00f3 conjunta entre centres diferents<\/p>\n
