Acompanyem els centres en processos de canvi i millora, tot dinamitzant trobades, intercanvis i accions conjuntes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les dues xarxes principals que dinamitzem actualment d\u2019Educaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Aquestes xarxes esdevenen <strong>claus per al desenvolupament professional docent<\/strong> i per a la construcci\u00f3 de respostes compartides
