Aquest programa t\u00e9 com a objectiu proporcionar eines per millorar la gesti\u00f3 de la diversitat ling\u00fc\u00edstica als centres educatius i incentivar l\u2019aprenentatge i l\u2019\u00fas del catal\u00e0 com a valor d\u2019enriquiment compartit.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-1 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:65%\">\n<p>El programa s\u2019estructura en tallers de sensibilitzaci\u00f3 que promouen la reflexi\u00f3 sobre l\u2019\u00fas del catal\u00e0 als centres educatius, compartint metodologies d\u2019ensenyament i aprenentatge, especialment en contextos on el catal\u00e0 no \u00e9s la primera llengua de l\u2019alumnat. Aquests tallers tamb\u00e9 aborden la import\u00e0ncia del docent com a model ling\u00fc\u00edstic i la comunicaci\u00f3 amb les fam\u00edlies i l\u2019entorn educatiu.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:35%\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image alignwide size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">Aqu\u00ed trobeu una recopil\u00b7laci\u00f3 de recursos per a desplegar els ULAEs als centres.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>A m\u00e9s, s\u2019han creat xarxes formatives ULAE on es comparteixen metodologies, estrat\u00e8gies i bones pr\u00e0ctiques per millorar la compet\u00e8ncia ling\u00fc\u00edstica de l\u2019alumnat i potenciar l\u2019\u00fas del catal\u00e0 com a llengua vehicular i de cohesi\u00f3 social.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En resum, el programa ULAE busca fomentar l\u2019\u00fas del catal\u00e0 en l\u2019\u00e0mbit educatiu, assegurant que tot l\u2019alumnat assoleixi una s\u00f2lida compet\u00e8ncia comunicativa en catal\u00e0, castell\u00e0 i almenys una llengua estrangera, i que la llengua catalana esdevingui l\u2019eix vertebrador d\u2019una escola diversa i pluriling\u00fce.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns has-small-font-size is-layout-flex
