La inclusi\u00f3 implica adaptar els espais, les metodologies i les pr\u00e0ctiques per assegurar que cap alumne quedi excl\u00f2s.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n<details>\n    <summary>2. Quines difer\u00e8ncies hi ha entre escola inclusiva i escola ordin\u00e0ria?<\/summary>\n    <p>L\u2019escola ordin\u00e0ria \u00e9s el model tradicional en qu\u00e8 s\u2019imparteix un curr\u00edculum est\u00e0ndard per a tot l\u2019alumnat. L&#8217;escola inclusiva, en canvi, adapta el curr\u00edculum, els suports i els recursos per garantir que tots els alumnes, inclosos els que tenen necessitats educatives especials (NEE), rebin una atenci\u00f3 adequada dins de l\u2019aula ordin\u00e0ria.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n<details>\n    <summary>3. Quan es poden aplicar mesures addicionals?<\/summary>\n    <p>Les mesures addicionals es dirigeixen a l\u2019alumnat que, tot i aplicar mesures universals, encara presenta dificultats significatives. Inclouen:<\/p>\n    <ul>\n        <li>Suport espec\u00edfic dins o fora de l\u2019aula.<\/li>\n        <li>Adaptacions metodol\u00f2giques.<\/li>\n        <li>Intervenci\u00f3 individualitzada o en petit grup.<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n<\/details>\n\n<details>\n    <summary>6. Quines mesures intensives es poden implementar per atendre alumnat amb NEE?<\/summary>\n    <p>Als alumnes amb necessitats educatives especials. Es determinen a partir de l\u2019informe de reconeixement de NESE elaborat per l\u2019Equip d\u2019assessorament psicopedag\u00f2gic (EAP) Inclouen:<\/p>\n    <ul>\n        <li>Suport intensiu dins del centre (SIEI, SIAL..).<\/li>\n        <li>Plans individualitzats amb adaptacions significatives.<\/li>\n        <li>Coordinaci\u00f3 amb serveis externs (EAP, CSMIJ).<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n<\/details>\n\n<details>\n    <summary>7. Com es determina quin tipus de mesura (universal, addicional o intensiva) necessita un alumne?<\/summary>\n    <p>El centre, en coordinaci\u00f3 amb l\u2019EAP, determina les mesures a aplicar a partir de:<\/p>\n    <ul>\n        <li>Avaluaci\u00f3 psicopedag\u00f2gica.<\/li>\n        <li>An\u00e0lisi del context i les necessitats de l\u2019alumne.<\/li>\n        <li>Valoraci\u00f3 de l\u2019equip docent i dels serveis especialitzats.<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n<\/details>\n\n<h3>Sobre els plans individualitzats (PI)<\/h3>\n\n<details>\n    <summary>8. Qu\u00e8 \u00e9s un Pla de Suport Individualitzat (PI) i quan \u00e9s necessari fer-lo?<\/summary>\n    <p>El PI \u00e9s un document que recull les mesures espec\u00edfiques que necessita un alumne per garantir el seu progr\u00e9s. \u00c9s obligatori quan l\u2019alumne requereix adaptacions curriculars significatives o suports intensius.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n<details>\n    <summary>9.
