L\u2019alumnat de 4t d\u2019ESO que dugui a terme aquest transferible finalitzar\u00e0 la seva acci\u00f3 amb una transfer\u00e8ncia d\u2019aprenentatges als grups de 2n d&#8217;ESO mitjan\u00e7ant una metodologia de parells.
