{"id":9951,"date":"2018-12-11T17:54:32","date_gmt":"2018-12-11T16:54:32","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/vallesoriental1\/?p=9951"},"modified":"2018-12-11T17:54:32","modified_gmt":"2018-12-11T16:54:32","slug":"docencia-compartida-sessio-2-a-carrec-desther-miquel","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/vallesoriental1\/sem-pri-sec-les-franqueses\/docencia-compartida-sessio-2-a-carrec-desther-miquel\/","title":{"rendered":"Doc\u00e8ncia compartida &#8211; Sessi\u00f3 2 a c\u00e0rrec d&#8217;Esther Miquel"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Doc\u00e8ncia compartida, sessi\u00f3 2, a c\u00e0rrec d\u2019Esther Miquel:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>En primer lloc, Esther Miquel inicia un rep\u00e0s de tot el que es va fer amb David Duran durant la primera sessi\u00f3 el dia 3 d\u2019octubre.<\/p>\n<p>En plantejar-se la possibilitat d\u2019implementar la doc\u00e8ncia compartida en un centre, es poden valorar unes q\u00fcestions pr\u00e8vies:<br \/>\nel primer pas \u00e9s pensar que t\u00e9 un valor afegit poder tenir dos mestres a l\u2019aula<br \/>\nel segon pas seria com poder fer-ho possible amb una bona distribuci\u00f3 d\u2019horaris<br \/>\nel tercer pas es troba en poder decidir com es pot organitzar, planificar i coordinar<br \/>\nUn element essencial a tenir en compte \u00e9s que cada manera de fer la doc\u00e8ncia compartida requereix un grau diferent de coordinaci\u00f3<\/p>\n<p><strong>Veiem una imatge de les 6 modalitats de doc\u00e8ncia compartida:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: circle;\">\n<li>One teach, one drift &#8211; una mestra porta l\u2019aula, l\u2019altra volta per l\u2019aula<\/li>\n<li>Team teaching &#8211; totes dues porten l\u2019aula la vegada<\/li>\n<li>Parallel teaching<\/li>\n<li>Alternative teaching<\/li>\n<li>One teach, one observe<\/li>\n<li>Station Teaching<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Continuem amb un treball en grup amb el suport d\u2019una taula <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/file\/d\/0BxqRQIP0qm1NV3ZVQTlIVzhFZzRDR2pHaWQxTGlBdjk0YlBF\/view?usp=sharing\"><b>Marc d\u2019ajuda per a la presa de decisions.<\/b><\/a><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La taula ha de servir per prendre acords a partir d\u2019un gui\u00f3, \u00fatil,per a fer efectives les reunions.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Per a optimitzar les possibilitats hor\u00e0ries del centre, seria recomanable aprofitar les estructures de coordinaci\u00f3 que es tenen: reunions de departament i reunions de nivell.<\/span><\/p>\n<table>\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td><\/td>\n<td><b>Suport a una \u00e0rea<\/b><\/td>\n<td><b>Suport a un nivell<\/b><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td><b>Avantatges<\/b><\/td>\n<td><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Es facilita la coordinaci\u00f3 m\u00e9s r\u00e0pida<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Es poden implicar m\u00e9s mestres de la mateixa \u00e0rea<\/span><\/td>\n<td><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Millor coneixement de l\u2019alumnat i de les pautes de treball<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. No s\u2019aprofiten tan intensivament tots els recursos<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. No es coneix l\u2019alumnat amb tanta profunditat<\/span><\/td>\n<td><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Desconeixement d\u2019altres realitats del centre.<\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En el model de la doc\u00e8ncia compartida passem de la col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 indirecta a la directa per atendre millor els alumnes. Permet que l\u2019organitzaci\u00f3 dels suports sigui m\u00e9s flexible, en especial per \u00a0educaci\u00f3 especial i per aules SIEI. Tamb\u00e9 permet una organitzaci\u00f3 d\u2019aula diversificada, amb estacions de treball divers, tals com racons, espais, tallers, projectes de recerca diferents per grups.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Seguidament ens mostra una documentaci\u00f3 sobre l\u2019<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/file\/d\/0BxqRQIP0qm1NV3ZVQTlIVzhFZzRDR2pHaWQxTGlBdjk0YlBF\/view?usp=sharing\"><b>avaluaci\u00f3 de la doc\u00e8ncia compartida<\/b><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, que pot facilitar la tasca de valoraci\u00f3 a finals de trimestre o de curs.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Passem a parlar dels dos articles que s\u2019havien de llegir style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">multiactivitat o treball per estacions, de treball aut\u00f2nom<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">propostes multinivell assequibles a l\u2019alumnat, de treball aut\u00f2nom<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">treball en equip fent diferents projectes<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">tasques amb suport de companys (entre iguals)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">modelitzar algunes estrat\u00e8gies, per exemple com prendre apunts mentre una de les mestres explica, l\u2019altra pren apunts o fer una mapa conceptual de forma visible en una pantalla<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">observar la pr\u00e0ctica docent de la mestra que condueix la classe<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Una possible conclusi\u00f3 de la lectura de l\u2019article \u00e9s que la doc\u00e8ncia compartida facilita l\u2019autonomia i els canvis metodl\u00f2gics, que no s\u2019apliquen potser si una mestra es troba sola \u00a0a l\u2019aula.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">formaci\u00f3 pr\u00e8via del professorat en metodologia i estrat\u00e8gies<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">planificaci\u00f3 ben feta<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">crear un equip impulsor i un equip de coordinaci\u00f3<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Finalment Ester Miquel acaba explicant que el seu equip sempre desenvolupa la formaci\u00f3 de la doc\u00e8ncia compartida amb continguts d\u2019aspectes metodol\u00f2gics, en especial aprenentatge cooperatiu i\/o de multitreball a l\u2019aula.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aquesta sessi\u00f3 hem
