\/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>La bona conviv\u00e8ncia entre totes les persones del centre educatiu i un clima d\u2019aula positiu que enforteixi la relaci\u00f3 entre companys i la vinculaci\u00f3 amb l\u2019aprenentatge s\u00f3n, juntament amb les altes expectatives, els millors impulsors del progr\u00e9s educatiu dels alumnes.<\/p>\n<p>Mantenir la bona conviv\u00e8ncia i el clima positiu \u00e9s un repte per a tots els docents que han de gestionar, de forma habitual, les interrupcions de classes, el desinter\u00e8s o els conflictes.<\/p>\n<p>Les mesures universals proactives i preventives, les estrat\u00e8gies per superar el rebuig acad\u00e8mic i l\u2019atenci\u00f3 personalitzada s\u00f3n eines que estan al servei dels docents per ajudar-los a afrontar aquest repte.<\/p>\n<p>Durant aquesta sessi\u00f3 revisarem algunes propostes pr\u00e0ctiques, sense la pretensi\u00f3 de ser exhaustius ni d\u2019abordar totes les dificultats.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Continguts<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Pr\u00e0ctiques que fallen, pr\u00e0ctiques que prosperen.<\/li>\n<li>Estructurar la intervenci\u00f3 per nivells: saber perqu\u00e8 fem el que fem.<\/li>\n<li>Mesures universals: l\u2019estructura necess\u00e0ria.<\/li>\n<li>Estrat\u00e8gies per superar el rebuig acad\u00e8mic: vincular-se a
