Per aix\u00f2, estableix que els centres educatius han d\u2019adoptar <\/span><b>mesures i suports universals per a tot l\u2019alumnat<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, amb l\u2019objectiu d\u2019afavorir la participaci\u00f3 de tots i totes en el proc\u00e9s educatiu. Aquestes mesures i suports universals poden incloure accions com la diversificaci\u00f3 de les activitats i recursos, la flexibilitat en els criteris d\u2019avaluaci\u00f3, la promoci\u00f3 de la col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 entre alumnes o la participaci\u00f3 de les fam\u00edlies. El decret tamb\u00e9 estableix que els centres <\/span><b>han d\u2019adaptar els processos d\u2019ensenyament i aprenentatge a les necessitats individuals de tot l\u2019alumnat<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, per tal de garantir el seu \u00e8xit educatiu.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L\u2019educaci\u00f3 inclusiva \u00e9s un model educatiu que es basa en el principi que tots els alumnes tenen el dret a aprendre i participar en un entorn <\/span><b>educatiu equitatiu i respectu\u00f3s<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Les mesures i suports universals s\u00f3n aquells que s\u2019adrecen a tot l\u2019alumnat, independentment de les seves necessitats educatives de suport espec\u00edfic. Es tracta d\u2019accions i pr\u00e0ctiques que tenen com a objectiu crear <\/span><b>contextos educatius inclusius, on tot l\u2019alumnat pugui aprendre i participar de manera significativa<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El document \u201c<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/educacio.gencat.cat\/web\/.content\/home\/departament\/publicacions\/colleccions\/inclusio\/mesures-suports-universals-centre-educatiu\/mesures-suports-universals-centre-educatiu.pdf\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mesures i suports universals en el centre educatiu<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201c, que s\u2019ha presentat el dia 3 de novembre, defineix les mesures i suports universals com a aquells que han de ser aplicats a tot l\u2019alumnat, independentment de les seves necessitats educatives. Aquestes mesures i suports tenen com a objectiu garantir que tot l\u2019alumnat pugui accedir a l\u2019aprenentatge i participar-hi de manera plena i efectiva. Es basa en el model de Resposta a la intervenci\u00f3 (RTI), que proposa una planificaci\u00f3 de l\u2019atenci\u00f3 educativa a partir de tres components b\u00e0sics:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Atenci\u00f3 educativa universal de qualitat:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Els centres han de proporcionar a tot l\u2019alumnat un entorn d\u2019aprenentatge que sigui inclusiu i que afavoreixi el desenvolupament de les seves capacitats. Aquest entorn ha de basar-se en un curr\u00edculum flexible i adaptatiu, en metodologies actives i participatives, i en una relaci\u00f3 positiva entre docents i alumnes.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Avaluaci\u00f3 universal:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Els centres han de disposar d\u2019un sistema d\u2019avaluaci\u00f3 que permeti identificar preco\u00e7ment les necessitats educatives espec\u00edfiques de l\u2019alumnat. Aquesta avaluaci\u00f3 ha de ser cont\u00ednua i formativa i formadora, i ha de proporcionar informaci\u00f3 rellevant per a la planificaci\u00f3 de les mesures i suports necessaris.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Intervenci\u00f3:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Els centres han d\u2019oferir mesures i suports addicionals o intensius als alumnes que ho requereixen. Aquestes mesures i suports han de ser espec\u00edfics per a les necessitats educatives de cada alumne, i han d\u2019estar coordinades entre els diferents professionals que intervenen en el seu proc\u00e9s d\u2019aprenentatge.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En aquest document tamb\u00e9 es proporciona una orientaci\u00f3 als centres per a la planificaci\u00f3 i implementaci\u00f3 d\u2019aquestes mesures i suports. El document inclou una llista de suggeriments i recursos que poden ser \u00fatils per als centres:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Metodologies actives i participatives:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Aquestes metodologies afavoreixen la participaci\u00f3 de tots els alumnes, independentment de les seves capacitats. Alguns exemples d\u2019aquestes metodologies s\u00f3n el treball cooperatiu, l\u2019aprenentatge basat en projectes, o l\u2019aprenentatge basat en problemes.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Curr\u00edculum flexible i adaptatiu:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> El curr\u00edculum ha d\u2019estar dissenyat per a tot l\u2019alumnat, i ha d\u2019incloure diferents nivells de dificultat i diferents opcions d\u2019aprenentatge.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Relaci\u00f3 positiva entre docents i alumnes:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Una relaci\u00f3 positiva entre docents i alumnes \u00e9s essencial per a l\u2019\u00e8xit escolar. Els docents han de mostrar un inter\u00e8s genu\u00ed per tots els alumnes, i han de crear un clima d\u2019acollida i confian\u00e7a.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Avaluaci\u00f3 cont\u00ednua, formativa i formadora:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> L\u2019avaluaci\u00f3 ha de servir per aprendre i no per classificar. Els docents han d\u2019utilitzar diverses t\u00e8cniques d\u2019avaluaci\u00f3 per obtenir una visi\u00f3 completa del progr\u00e9s de l\u2019alumnat.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La implementaci\u00f3 de mesures i suports universals \u00e9s una eina essencial per a la inclusi\u00f3 educativa. A trav\u00e9s d\u2019aquestes mesures, els centres educatius poden crear contextos educatius on tot l\u2019alumnat pugui participar, aprendre i aconseguir el seu m\u00e0xim
