{"id":13527,"date":"2022-05-21T14:22:09","date_gmt":"2022-05-21T12:22:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/vallesoriental1\/?p=13527"},"modified":"2022-07-26T14:22:20","modified_gmt":"2022-07-26T12:22:20","slug":"erasmus-alas-mobilitat-a-monchengladbach-alemanya","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/vallesoriental1\/general\/erasmus-alas-mobilitat-a-monchengladbach-alemanya\/","title":{"rendered":"ERASMUS + ALAS: MOBILITAT A MONCHENGLADBACH (ALEMANYA)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Del 16 al 20 de maig, dos mestres (Patr\u00edcia Pe\u00f1arroya de l&#8217;escola La Torreta i xavier artigas de l&#8217;escola Els Quatre Vents) han gaudit d&#8217;una setmana d&#8217;aprenentatge per observaci\u00f3 a una escola de prim\u00e0ria a l\u2019estat de <i lang=\"de\">Nordrhein-Westfalen,\u00a0<\/i>concretament al municipi de\u00a0<a title=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/es.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/M%C3%B6nchengladbach\">M\u00f6nchengladbach<\/a>. \u00c9s important situar-nos en aquest sentit ja que cada regi\u00f3 o\u00a0<em>land\u00a0<\/em>com s\u2019anomenen aqu\u00ed, t\u00e9 un sistema educatiu propi i diferenciat de la resta. L&#8217;escola es diu <a href=\"http:\/\/grundschule-giesenkirchen.de\/\">Grundschule Giersenkirchen. <\/a><\/p>\n<p>Com a mestres visitants, han tingut un horari que els ha perm\u00e8s tenir una visi\u00f3 global del centre:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>L\u2019escola obre a les 8h per\u00f2 disposen de 15 minuts per entrar de manera flexible. En aquesta estona hi ha nens i nenes pel pati o a la porta de l\u2019escola acomiadant-se de les seves fam\u00edlies. Molts arriben a peu o en transport p\u00fablic.<\/li>\n<li><strong>1a i 2a sessi\u00f3:\u00a0<\/strong>a les 8h15 l\u2019alumnat entra a l\u2019aula corresponent on ja s\u2019espera la tutora o tutor. Quan s\u2019han assegut saluden tots alhora a la mestra dient \u201cbon dia senyoreta\u201d seguit del cognom. Les sessions duren 45 minuts i \u00e9s el mateix tutor qui les realitza totes. Hem pogut assistir a classes de lectura i comprensi\u00f3 a 2n i de matem\u00e0tiques a 1r. Els nens i nenes de segon justament avui comen\u00e7aven la lectura d\u2019un llibre conjunt. Les activitats de comprensi\u00f3 les han fet per escrit en les fotoc\u00f2pies que els ha repartit la tutora. A matem\u00e0tiques s\u2019introdu\u00efa per primer cop el comptatge de monedes d\u2019euro i per aix\u00f2 en acabar la lli\u00e7\u00f3, la mestra els ha fet guardar el llibre de text i els ha demanat que valoressin la dificultat de les activitats que han estat fent de forma individual. L\u2019alumnat al\u00e7ava o baixava el polze per a mostrar la seva percepci\u00f3.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Descans de 30 minuts:<\/strong>\u00a0A les 9h45 arriba l\u2019hora del pati. Est\u00e0 distribu\u00eft en dues parts de quinze minuts. Una per a esmorzar a l\u2019aula i l\u2019altra per jugar al pati exterior. Expliquen que tenen un pati petit per a la quantitat d\u2019alumnat i per aix\u00f2 fan torns, \u00e9s a dir no tots els cursos surten a la mateixa hora.<\/li>\n<li><strong>3a i 4a sessi\u00f3:\u00a0<\/strong>en tornar del descans, que \u00e9s llarg en aquesta ocasi\u00f3, les classes continuen. Hem presenciat dues sessions sobre com relacionar-se amb els videojocs. Aquestes classes s\u2019estructuren de manera m\u00e9s oberta i es planteja el desenvolupament d\u2019un petit projecte que consisteix en fer un p\u00f2ster sobre el videojoc que escullin. A la pissarra de guix la mestra, amb la col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 de les idees de tota la classe, ha anat escrivint quina informaci\u00f3 calia fer constar a la cartolina. Un cop fet, s\u2019han organitzat per parelles o grups de 3 i lliurement han fet servir Ipads per a cercar la informaci\u00f3 necess\u00e0ria. Quan la mestra vol demanar la seva atenci\u00f3 o indicar que han d\u2019acabar el que estant fent, fa \u00fas d\u2019una senyal ac\u00fastica amb un instrument que emet un so semblant al del\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=272lbInrQ4M\">triangle<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Descans de 15 minuts:\u00a0<\/strong>acabats les dues sessions corresponents, gaudeixen d\u2019uns 15 minuts per a tornar a sortir al pati. A l\u2019espai exterior hi ha algunes construccions com tobogans, estructures per enfilar-se, sorral o jocs pintats al terra. Tamb\u00e9 hi ha que juguen a futbol en espais improvisats.<\/li>\n<li><strong>5a i 6a sessi\u00f3:\u00a0<\/strong>en una altra de les classes de 4t el projecte sobre Internet tracta sobre la navegaci\u00f3 segura. Amb els Ipads es dirigeixen a un portal que cont\u00e9 informaci\u00f3 al respecte amb v\u00eddeos, exemples, consells\u2026que han de fer servir per a respondre una bateria de preguntes que tenen fotocopiades en paper. Per \u00faltim, un petit grup de nenes assisteixen a una classe amb la integradora social. Les quatre nenes treballen cooperativament per a fer crepes dolces, parar taula i gaudir del que han cuinat. It is important to situate ourselves in this sense since each region or land, as they are called here, has its own educational system, differentiated from the rest. The school is called Grundschule Giersenkirchen.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">As visiting teachers, they have had a timetable that has allowed them to have a global view of the school:<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">The school opens at 8 am but they have 15 minutes to enter in a flexible way. At this time there are boys and girls in the courtyard or at the door of the school accompanied by their families. Many arrive on foot or by public transport.<\/span><\/em><br \/>\n<em><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">1st and 2nd session: at 8:15 a.m. the students enter the corresponding classroom where the tutor is already waiting for them. When they have been seated they all greet the teacher at the same time saying &#8220;bon dia senyoreta&#8221; followed by their name. The sessions last 45 minutes and it is the same tutor who conducts them all. We have been able to attend reading and comprehension classes in 2nd grade and mathematics in 1st grade. The 2nd grade boys and girls just started reading a book together. The comprehension activities have been done in writing on the pictures that the tutor has given them. In mathematics they were introduced for the first time to the counting of euro coins and for this reason, at the end of the lesson, the teacher asked them to keep the textbook and asked them to evaluate the difficulty of the activities they were doing individually. The students raised or lowered their poles to show their perception.<\/span><\/em><br \/>\n<em><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">30-minute breaks: At 9:45 a.m. it is time for the playground. It is distributed in two parts of fifteen minutes. One to have lunch in the classroom and the other to play in the outdoor playground. They explain that they have a small playground for the amount of students and that is why they have turns, that is to say, not all the classes go out at the same time.<\/span><\/em><br \/>\n<em><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">3rd and 4th session: after the break, which is long this time, the classes continue. We have attended two sessions on how to relate to video games. These classes are structured in a more open way and they propose the development of a small project that consists of making a poster about the video game that they have chosen. At the drawing board the teacher, with the collaboration of the ideas of the whole class, has been writing what information needed to be included in the poster. Once done, they organized themselves in pairs or groups of 3 and freely used Ipads to find the necessary information. When the teacher wants to demand their attention or indicate that they have to finish what they are doing, she uses an acoustic signal with an instrument that emits a sound similar to that of the triangle.<\/span><\/em><br \/>\n<em><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">15-minute breaks: after the two corresponding sessions, they have 15 minutes to go back out to the playground. In the outdoor area there are some constructions such as slides, structures to go on the edge, a playground or painted games on the ground. They also play soccer in improvised spaces.<\/span><\/em><br \/>\n<em><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">5th and 6th session: in another 4th grade class, the Internet project deals with safe surfing. With the Ipads they go to a portal that contains information about it with videos, examples, tips&#8230;that they have to use to answer a set of questions that they have photocopied on paper. Finally, a small group of girls attend a class with the social integrator. The four girls work cooperatively to make sweet pancakes, stop at the table and enjoy what they have cooked. The objective of this activity is to improve the relationship between them since they usually have conflicts.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Below you can get an idea of
