{"id":13521,"date":"2022-05-21T14:13:34","date_gmt":"2022-05-21T12:13:34","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/vallesoriental1\/?p=13521"},"modified":"2022-07-26T14:14:41","modified_gmt":"2022-07-26T12:14:41","slug":"erasmus-alas-mobilitat-a-monheim-and-rhein-alemanya","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/vallesoriental1\/general\/erasmus-alas-mobilitat-a-monheim-and-rhein-alemanya\/","title":{"rendered":"ERASMUS + ALAS: MOBILITAT A MONHEIM AND RHEIN (ALEMANYA)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>En el marc del projecte KA101\u00a0<strong>ALAS<\/strong> (Active Teachers for Active Students in the 21st Century) dels dies 16 al 20 de maig s\u2019ha realitzat una mobilitat a Monheim i Rhein (una ciutat d&#8217;Alemanya).\u00a0 Han participat Sandra Vicente (Escola La Torreta) and Judith Dom\u00ednguez (Esc Salvador Llobet) Noruega.<\/p>\n<p>La mobilitat ha consistit en fer durant una setmana un <em>job shadowing<\/em> (aprenentatge per observaci\u00f3) a l\u2019escola <strong>Astrid Lindgren Schule\u2019 de Monheim am Rhein<\/strong>. Una escola amb una metodologia de treball m\u00e9s lliure, la qual permet que cada infant aprengui segons el seu propi ritme tenint en compte un pla de treball individual per a cadasc\u00fa. L\u2019escola t\u00e9 deu grups, tots ells internivell amb alumnes des de 6 fins a 10 anys. Durant el mat\u00ed les dues primeres hores es dediquen a fer un treball lliure amb material manipulatiu tant de llengua com de matem\u00e0tiques on cada infant escull la tasca que vol fer, tenint en compte la seva llibreta individualitzada estructurada segons dificultat (color) i edat (dibuix). Al finalitzar aquesta estona lliure disposen d\u2019un diari individual on cada dia anoten en qu\u00e8 han estat treballant.<\/p>\n<p>Un cop finalitzat aquest primer tram, l\u2019alumnat esmorza a l\u2019aula, tenen uns 10 minuts. Poden portar l\u2019esmorzar de casa per\u00f2 a m\u00e9s a m\u00e9s hi ha dos encarregats cada dia de tallar i preparar fruita per a si a alg\u00fa li ve de gust. Cada planta de l\u2019edifici disposa d\u2019una petita cuina amb pica, estris, rentaplats i nevera per a poder preparar aquests esmorzars. Posteriorment disposen de 20 minuts de descans en els quals poden sortir al pati o quedar-se per les diferents estances comunes de l\u2019escola.<\/p>\n<p>Les entrades, sortides i canvis d\u2019aula s\u00f3n sempre lliures per tal de promoure l\u2019autonomia dels infants. Aix\u00ed doncs els\/les mestres els esperen a l\u2019aula per comen\u00e7ar el segon tram de classes. Com a norma general, despr\u00e9s del primer pati, els grups se separen per edats i cada grup t\u00e9 un horari amb \u00e0rees de treball fixades (alemany, angl\u00e8s, m\u00fasica, EF\u2026). Les classes duren 45 minuts i despr\u00e9s de dues sessions tornen a tenir una estona d\u2019esbarjo. \u00c9s aqu\u00ed quan els nens i nenes de 1r acaben la seva jornada mentre que l\u2019alumnat m\u00e9s gran fa una \u00faltima sessi\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>Una de les coses que ha sorpr\u00e8s m\u00e9s ha estat el fet que l\u2019escola compta amb tres gossos escolars en el seu dia a dia. Aquests gossos estan ensinistrats i tenen un certificat especial per tractar amb infants. A school with a freer working methodology, which allows each child to learn at his or her own pace, taking into account an individual work plan for each child. The school has two groups, all of them boarding schools with students from 6 to 10 years old. During the morning, the first two hours are dedicated to doing free work with manipulative material both in language and mathematics where each child writes the task he\/she wants to do, taking into account the individualized booklet structured according to difficulty (color) and age (drawing). At the end of this free period they have an individual diary where every day they write down what they have been working on.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Once this first stage is finished, the students go to the classroom for lunch, they have about 10 minutes. They can bring their lunch from home, but there are also two people in charge of cutting and preparing fruit every day in case someone likes it. Each floor of the building has a small kitchen with a sink, shelves, refrigerator and refrigerator to be able to prepare these snacks. Afterwards they have 20 minutes of rest in which they can go out to the patio or stay in the different common areas of the school.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">The entrances, exits and classroom changes are always free in order to promote the children&#8217;s autonomy. Therefore, the teachers wait for them in the classroom to begin the second part of the class. As a general rule, after the first playground, the groups are separated by age and each group has a timetable with fixed areas of work (German, English, music, EF&#8230;). The classes last 45 minutes and after two sessions they have a break for relaxation. This is when the 1st grade boys and girls finish their day while the older students have a last session.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">One of the things that has surprised us the most is the fact that the school has three school cats in its daily life. These cats are trained and have a special certificate to deal with children. They are in charge of calming those who need it, motivating them and promoting a calm classroom climate.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Here we leave you a taste of the
