En el marc del projecte KA101 ALAS<\/strong> (Active Teachers for Active Students in the 21st Century) dels dies 2 al 6 de maig s’ha realitzat una mobilitat a Noruega. En aquesta mobilitat hi participen representants de l\u2019escola Els Quatre Vents (Eva Barnils), Salvador Llobet (M\u00edriam \u00c1lvarez) i Guerau de Liost (Noem\u00ed Santamaria). Les escoles que han visitat es troben en una illa a l\u2019est del pa\u00eds: Froya<\/strong>,concretament a la poblaci\u00f3 de Sistranda<\/strong>, que compta amb uns 1000 habitants.<\/p>\n

Han fet aprenentatge per observaci\u00f3 a la Sistranda Barneskole<\/strong> (escola de prim\u00e0ria)\u00a0i a la\u00a0Nabeita Skole <\/strong>(escola bressol). A l’escola de prim\u00e0ria, els ha encantat els espais interiors i exteriors, han jugat al Yatzy amb els nens i nenes de 3r, han fet racons de llengua amb els infants de 2n i han participat a la classe de lectura i escriptura amb l\u2019alumnat de 1r. Tamb\u00e9 han visitat l\u2019institut (GuriKunna High School<\/a><\/span><\/strong>) del poble i les instal\u00b7lacions esportives municipals que poden utilitzar tots els centres educatius, aix\u00ed com la poblaci\u00f3 en general: el centre cultural, la piscina, el camp de futbol cobert, el gimn\u00e0s, el cinema, el teatre\u2026.Tamb\u00e9 han assistit a una classe d\u2019angl\u00e8s (en codoc\u00e8ncia) i han pogut fer una presentaci\u00f3 de les escoles catalanes a professorat i alumnat de 10\u00e8 grau.<\/p>\n

A\u00a0la llar d\u2019infants la r\u00e0tio \u00e9s de 3 docents per cada 9 alumnes, a infantil \u00e9s de 3 docents per a cada 18 alumnes, a prim\u00e0ria \u00e9s de 3 docents per cada 27 alumnes, a secund\u00e0ria es desdoblen sempre totes les classes de norueg, angl\u00e8s i matem\u00e0tiques. Cal dir que tot i que tenen molta diversitat a les aules, aix\u00f2 els facilita molt la tasca educativa.<\/p>\n

Tamb\u00e9 els ha sorpr\u00e8s molt especialment el silenci i la calma que es respira als centres educatius i la maduresa dels alumnes de secund\u00e0ria que ens han acompanyat, un dia m\u00e9s, per con\u00e8ixer el funcionament de l\u2019escola de prim\u00e0ria i l\u2019institut del poble. Han pogut parlar amb ells sobre educaci\u00f3 emocional, salut mental, comunitat educativa i inclusi\u00f3; aix\u00ed com dels seus projectes de futur i expectatives.<\/p>\n

In the framework of the KA101 ALAS project (Active Teachers for Active Students in the 21st Century) from 2 to 6 May a mobility to Norway has taken place. Representatives of the schools Els Quatre Vents (Eva Barnils), Salvador Llobet (M\u00edriam \u00c1lvarez) and Guerau de Liost (Noem\u00ed Santamaria) participated in this mobility. The schools they visited are located in a village in the east of the country: Froya, specifically in the town of Sistranda, which has about 1000 inhabitants.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

They have done observation learning at Sistranda Barneskole (primary school) and Nabeita Skole (high school). At the primary school, they loved the indoor and outdoor spaces, played Yatzy with the 3rd grade boys and girls, did language lessons with the 2nd graders and participated in the reading and writing class with the 1st grade students. They also visited the local high school (GuriKunna High School) and the municipal sports facilities that can be used by all the educational centers, as well as the population in general: the cultural center, the swimming pool, the covered soccer field, the gymnasium, the cinema, the theater ….. They have also attended an English class (in co-teaching) and have been able to make a presentation of the Catalan schools to teachers and students of 10th grade.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

In infant school the ratio is 3 teachers for every 9 students, in kindergarten it is 3 teachers for every 18 students, in primary school it is 3 teachers for every 27 students, in secondary school all the classes of Norwegian, English and mathematics are always divided. It must be said that even though they have a lot of diversity in the classrooms, this makes their educational task much easier.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

They were also very surprised by the silence and calmness that is breathed in the educational centers and the maturity of the secondary students who have accompanied us, one more day, to know the functioning of the primary school and the high school of the town. They have been able to talk with them about emotional education, mental health, educational community and inclusion; as well as their future projects and expectations.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n
