\"\"<\/a>Dilluns va comen\u00e7ar a Tallinn el curs “Collaborative management and leadership in schools<\/em>“, on participa l’Escola Salvador Llobet de Granollers i el CRP VOI. \u00c9s una de les mobilitats dintre del programa Erasmus+ ALAS. Aquest curs anir\u00e0 enfocat en mostrar-nos el sistema educatiu estoni\u00e0, l’autonomia dels centres i les estrat\u00e8gies de lideratge distribu\u00eft que fan servir.<\/span><\/p>\n

Durant la jornada d’avui ens ha fet una xerrada la Kadri Ausmaa, especialista en cooperaci\u00f3 internacional del departament d\u2019educaci\u00f3 de Tallinn. Ens ha explicat l\u2019estructura del sistema educatiu d\u2019Est\u00f2nia. Ha destacat l\u2019autonomia dels centres a l\u2019hora de desenvolupar el curr\u00edculum i el programa anomenat \u201cInternship Program form Educational Leaders<\/em>\u201d. Aquest, ofereix l\u2019oportunitat, als directors dels centres, de formar-se en una companyia, fent un interinatge de tres mesos.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

A continuaci\u00f3, hem exposat els nostres centres als companys. Cadasc\u00fa ha compartit els punts forts, objectius, caracter\u00edstiques i\u00a0 punts a millorar del seu centre. Aquesta activitat ens ha perm\u00e8s trobar similituds i difer\u00e8ncies entre els diferents sistemes educatius europeus.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Finalment, hem visitat l\u2019escola<\/span> Pelgunnia Gymnasium<\/span><\/em>. Aquest centre est\u00e0 especialitzat en la vessant art\u00edstica. L\u2019Ina, directora del centre, ens ha explicat com s\u2019ha liderat l\u2019equip docent per transformat el centre, incorporant la innovaci\u00f3 a la tradici\u00f3. Ens ha confessat que una de les claus per part de l\u2019equip directiu ha estat confiar en l\u2019equip docent i fomentant el lideratge distribu\u00eft.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n\n

It is one of the mobilities within the Erasmus+ ALAS program. This course will be focused on showing us the Estonian education system, the autonomy of the schools and the distributed leadership strategies they use.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

During today’s conference Kadri Ausmaa, specialist in international cooperation of the department of education of Tallinn, gave us a lecture. She explained the structure of the Estonian education system. She highlighted the autonomy of the schools when developing the curriculum and the program called “Internship Program form Educational Leaders”. This offers the opportunity for school principals to train in a company for a three-month internship.\u00a0<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

Afterwards, we presented our centers to our colleagues. Each one shared the strengths, objectives, characteristics and points to improve of their center. This activity has allowed us to find similarities and differences between the different European educational systems.\u00a0<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

Finally, we visited the Pelgunnia Gymnasium school. This center is specialized in the artistic aspect. L’Ina, princip of the school, explained how the teaching team has led the transformation of the school, incorporating innovation to tradition. She confessed that one of the keys on the part of the management team has been to trust in the teaching team and to encourage distributed leadership.\u00a0<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n
