Aquest resultat \u00e9s conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncia de l&#8217;an\u00e0lisi de diversos factors com el seu PIB, l&#8217;esperan\u00e7a de vida o el baix \u00edndex de corrupci\u00f3. Avui hem pogut descobrir un altre factor que tamb\u00e9 contribueix al benestar dels seus individus: el treball socio-emocional que estan fent en moltes escoles del pais.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Standard\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Kaisa Vuorinen \u00e9s una investigadora i tamb\u00e9 professora de pedagogia positiva de la Universitat de Helsinki que ha desenvolupat una aplicaci\u00f3 educativa per treballar les habilitats socio-emocionals anomenada <a href=\"https:\/\/go.seethegood.app\/see-the-good\/goals\">See the Good<\/a> i avui hem treballat amb ella l&#8217;aprenentatge positiu. L&#8217;alumnat, a l&#8217;igual que els adults, milloren el seu aprenentatge si desenvolupen tres neccessitats b\u00e0siques. La primera \u00e9s la de sentir-se connectats. Com a \u00e9ssers socials que som necessitem establir relacions i l&#8217;escola ha de vetllar perqu\u00e8 aix\u00f2 succeixi. Hi ha una paraula africana que defineix molt b\u00e9 aquesta connexi\u00f3: UBUNTU, &#8220;jo s\u00f3c perqu\u00e8 tu ets&#8221;. La segona necessitat \u00e9s la de sentir-se <span style=\"font-family: inherit; font-size: 1em;\">capa\u00e7os de fer coses, \u00e9s a dir, la de ser competents en diferents camps. I, finalment, la de sentir-se aut\u00f2noms. <\/span>A vegades com a professors no parem de donar instruccions i tenim el control de tot el que succeir\u00e0 durant la sessi\u00f3 de classe. D&#8217;aquesta manera no permetem que l&#8217;alumnat pugui desenvolupar la seva autonomia. This result is a consequence of the analysis of various factors such as its GDP, life expectancy and low corruption rate. Today we have been able to discover another factor that also contributes to the well-being of its individuals: the socio-emotional work that is being done in many of the country&#8217;s schools.\u00a0<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Kaisa Vuorinen is a researcher and also a teacher of positive pedagogy at the University of Helsinki who has developed a digital educational application to work on social-emotional skills called See the Good and today we have worked with her on positive learning. Students, as well as adults, improve their learning if they develop three basic needs. The first is to feel connected. As the social beings that we are, we need to establish relationships and the school has to make sure that this happens. There is an African word that defines this connection very well: UBUNTU, I am because you are. The second need is to feel capable of doing things, that is, to be competent in different fields. And, finally, the need to feel autonomous. Sometimes as teachers we do not stop giving instructions and we are in control of everything that will happen during the class session. In this way we do not allow students to develop their autonomy. Would we be able to ask students one day what they want to do or what they want to work on in class today?\u00a0<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Durant quatre anys
