Avui hem passat el mat\u00ed a l’escola It\u00e4keskus Peruskoulu<\/em> de Helsinki. Una escola de 440 alumnes i 60 adults i amb un 50% d’inmigraci\u00f3. Hem fet un tour per les instal\u00b7lacions, hem fet observaci\u00f3 de diferents classes amb els alumnes (economia dom\u00e8stica, costura, taller, m\u00fasica, llengua finesa) i hem treballat amb la direcci\u00f3 del centre l’atenci\u00f3 a l’alumnat amb necessitats educatives especials. El centre d\u00f3na molta import\u00e0ncia al treball socio-emocional, que l’escola sigui un espai segur on l’alumnat se senti integrat i acceptat i els alumnes treballen de forma col\u00b7laborativa en el desenvolupament dels seus projectes.<\/p>\n

Per la tarda, hem tingut una sessi\u00f3 molt interessant sobre Lideratge pedag\u00f2gic, coaching i gesti\u00f3 a c\u00e0rrec del Mikko Lepp\u00e4nem, director de l’escola de prim\u00e0ria Viherlakso a la ciutat ve\u00efna d’Espoo.<\/p>\n

Today we spent the morning at the It\u00e4keskus Peruskoulu school in Helsinki. A school with 440 students and 60 adults and 50% of them are immigrants. We toured the installations, observed different classes with the students (home economics, sewing, workshop, music, Finnish language) and worked with the school’s management on the care of students with special educational needs. The school gives great importance to social-emotional work, that the school is a safe space where students feel integrated and accepted and students work collaboratively in the development of their projects.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

In the afternoon, we had a very interesting session on pedagogical leadership, coaching and management by Mikko Lepp\u00e4nem, principal of the Viherlakso primary school in the neighboring city of Espoo.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n
