Ahir vam con\u00e8ixer a tots els participants del curs “\u201cAvaluaci\u00f3 comparativa entre el sistema educatiu finland\u00e8s, estoni\u00e0 i suec\u201d. Hi ha professors de prim\u00e0ria i secund\u00e0ria d’Alem\u00e0nia, Cro\u00e0cia, Gr\u00e8cia, Let\u00f2nia, Portugal, Pol\u00f2nia i Romania. Una bona oportunitat per compartir experi\u00e8ncies educatives de diferents llocs d’Europa.<\/p>\n

Avui hem comen\u00e7at a aprofundir en el sistema educatiu finland\u00e8s. L’educaci\u00f3 b\u00e0sica obligat\u00f2ria s’inicia als 7 anys i engloba el que serien els nostres cursos de 2n fins a 1r d’ESO i l’etapa interm\u00e8dia que aniria des del nostre 2n d’ESO fins al 4t. A partir d’aqu\u00ed l’alumnat decideix si vol fer batxillerat (tres cursos) o cicles formatius. Accedirien un curs despr\u00e9s que nosaltres a la universitat.<\/p>\n

Treballen en escoles petites, amb baixes ratios i on la confian\u00e7a i la responsabilitat s\u00f3n el centre del seu aprenentatge. Altres principis s\u00f3n la igualtat i el suport, la flexibilitat, l’autonomia educativa, no hi ha proves nacionals ni classificacions a l’educaci\u00f3 b\u00e0sica, l’educaci\u00f3 \u00e9s gratu\u00efta a tots els nivells i tenen un professorat altament qualificat.<\/p>\n

Yesterday we met all the participants of the course “Comparative evaluation of the Finnish, Estonian and Swedish education system”. There were primary and secondary school teachers from Germany, Croatia, Greece, Latvia, Portugal, Poland and Romania. A good opportunity to share educational experiences from different parts of Europe.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

Today we have started to go in deep into the Finnish educational system. Compulsory basic education starts at the age of 7 and includes what would be our grades from 2nd to 1st ESO and the middle stage that would go from our 2nd ESO to 4th. From here the students decide whether they want to do high school (three years) or vocational training. They will go to university one year after us.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

They work in small schools, with low ratios and where trust and responsibility are at the center of their learning. Other principles are equality and support, flexibility, educational autonomy, no national tests or grading in basic education, free education at all levels and highly qualified teachers.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n
