Qu\u00e8 volem dir amb aix\u00f2? Doncs que a vegades ens trobem amb \u201cnens\u201d que actuen i executen uns rols i estereotips de \u201cnena\u201d i a l\u2019inrev\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>En la nostra societat s\u2019ent\u00e9n que el g\u00e8nere mascul\u00ed o el g\u00e8nere femen\u00ed s\u2019han de comportar de diferents maneres, i aix\u00ed \u00e9s en moltes ocasions perqu\u00e8 aquestes maneres d\u2019actuar s\u2019aprenen mitjan\u00e7ant la socialitzaci\u00f3, per\u00f2 hi ha persones que es comporten de manera diferent del que s\u2019espera pel seu sexe biol\u00f2gic. Aix\u00f2 pot sobtar i sorprendre a molts i moltes docents que no saben ben b\u00e9 com actuar.<\/p>\n<p>Ens podem trobar amb infants i adolescents que quan se\u2019ls pregunta si s\u00f3n homes o dones, a vegades diuen que no ho saben, que s\u00f3n les dues coses al mateix temps, que no s\u00f3n res o que s\u00f3n del g\u00e8nere oposat de l\u2019atorgat en n\u00e9ixer. Aquestes persones s\u00f3n de g\u00e8nere no normatiu, perqu\u00e8 s\u2019expressen d\u2019una manera que surt de la norma preestablerta.<\/p>\n<p>Pot ser que ens trasbalsi i que ens preocupi aquesta manera d\u2019expressar-se, i que, fins i tot, pensem que estan malalts, que tenen un trastorn.\u00a0 Res m\u00e9s lluny de la realitat. Aquestes persones no estan malaltes, senzillament viuen i experimenten amb el seu cos d\u2019una forma no establerta.<\/p>\n<p>Tamb\u00e9 hem de trencar amb la idea que encara que tinguin uns comportaments diferents d&#8217;all\u00f2 que s\u2019espera com \u201ca homes\u201d o com \u201ca dones\u201d no tenen per qu\u00e8 ser gais o lesbianes.<\/p>\n<p>Aix\u00ed doncs, dins de l\u2019aula ens podem trobar amb una diversitat d\u2019infants i adolescents que poden no identificar-se amb el sexe biol\u00f2gic en n\u00e9ixer i que aquest comportament pot ser temporal o que es quedi afirmat.<\/p>\n<p>Hem optat pel mot trans* perqu\u00e8 \u00e9s el mot m\u00e9s utilitzat pel moviment. El mot trans* implica les persones transg\u00e8nere, transsexual i les persones no bin\u00e0ries\u2026 \u00e9s un mot del tot inclusiu, malgrat que la Generalitat a la Llei 11\/2014 aposta pel mot transg\u00e8nere.<\/p>\n<p>El Departament d\u2019Educaci\u00f3 compta amb el <a href=\"http:\/\/xtec.gencat.cat\/web\/.content\/centres\/projeducatiu\/convivencia\/protocols\/assetjament-escolar-persones-lgbti\/documents\/Protocol-assetjament-persones-LGBTI-unificat.pdf\">Protocol de prevenci\u00f3, detecci\u00f3 i intervenci\u00f3 enfront l\u2019assetjament escolar a persones LGBTI<\/a>\u00a0i el\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/xtec.gencat.cat\/ca\/curriculum\/coeducacio\/protocols\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><u>Protocol per a l\u2019atenci\u00f3 i acompanyament de l\u2019alumnat transg\u00e8nere en els centres educatius<\/u><\/a>, elaborats per donar compliment a la Llei 11\/2014, per a garantir els drets de lesbianes, gais, bisexuals, transg\u00e8neres i intersexuals i per a erradicar l\u2019homof\u00f2bia, la bif\u00f2bia i la transf\u00f2bia.<\/p>\n<p>Tot i aquests protocols, en la comunitat educativa manquen eines per saber com actuar davant aquest fet, i \u00e9s per aix\u00f2 el motiu d\u2019aquesta infografia.<\/p>\n<p>Amb el t\u00edtol de: Com actuar davant persones trans* dins els centres educatius, hem volgut dotar d\u2019eines i idees a totes aquelles persones que es trobin amb un infant o adolescent que es manifesta amb un g\u00e8nere no normatiu i saber com acompanyar-lo d\u2019una forma positiva i assertiva.<\/p>\n<p><a
