{"id":8740,"date":"2017-04-06T15:51:06","date_gmt":"2017-04-06T13:51:06","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/vallesoriental1\/?page_id=8740"},"modified":"2021-07-09T12:02:44","modified_gmt":"2021-07-09T10:02:44","slug":"pla-de-formacio-de-zona","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/vallesoriental1\/formacio\/pla-de-formacio-de-zona\/","title":{"rendered":"Pla de formaci\u00f3 de zona"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"http:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/vallesoriental1\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1135\/2015\/11\/pfz.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" aire wp-image-422 alignright\" src=\"http:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/vallesoriental1\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1135\/2015\/11\/pfz.jpg\" alt=\"pfz\" width=\"142\" height=\"108\" srcset=\"https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/vallesoriental1\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1135\/2015\/11\/pfz.jpg 258w, https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/vallesoriental1\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1135\/2015\/11\/pfz-200x150.jpg 200w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 142px) 100vw, 142px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Els <a href=\"http:\/\/xtec.gencat.cat\/ca\/formacio\/formacio-permanent-professorat\/plans-formacio-zona\/\">Plans de Formaci\u00f3 de Zona<\/a> (<strong>PFZ<\/strong>) s\u00f3n un recurs de formaci\u00f3 al servei de la millora dels centres i el professorat d&#8217;una zona educativa.\u00a0Els PFZ pretenen donar resposta a les necessitats de formaci\u00f3 dels ensenyants i dels centres per assolir uns objectius, de millora i de canvi de les pr\u00e0ctiques docents o de l&#8217;organitzaci\u00f3 i el funcionament dels centres educatius.<\/p>\n<p>Les activitats de formaci\u00f3 s\u00f3n organitzades pels Serveis Educatius de Zona, per les diferents unitats del Departament d&#8217;Ensenyament i les institucions col\u00b7laboradores, especialment els Instituts de Ci\u00e8ncies de l&#8217;Educaci\u00f3 de les universitats catalanes. Els centres de recursos pedag\u00f2gics\u00a0organitzen i coordinen l&#8217;execuci\u00f3 i el seguiment de les activitats del PFZ.<\/p>\n<p><strong>El Pla de Formaci\u00f3 de Zona Vall\u00e8s del\u00a0 Vall\u00e8s Oriental I<\/strong> \u00e9s la planificaci\u00f3 en l\u2019\u00e0mbit comarcal de la formaci\u00f3 permanent del professorat, la qual incorpora les activitats de formaci\u00f3 en centre i altres activitats adre\u00e7ades a tot el professorat de la comarca.
