Alguns les fan servir exclusivament per a l\u2019assignatura d\u2019angl\u00e8s, d\u2019altres duran a terme tamb\u00e9 altres iniciatives, com el suport en d\u2019altres mat\u00e8ries en aquest idioma. Per fer-ho, les auxiliars treballaran a l\u2019aula, juntament amb les mestres, facilitant que els <span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>infants puguin gaudir i practicar l\u2019angl\u00e8s, <\/strong>interactuant al m\u00e0xim possible en els contextos quotidians i acad\u00e8mics<strong>.<\/strong> A m\u00e9s, augmentaran la incid\u00e8ncia de la llengua oral prioritzant les activitats de conversa en grups redu\u00efts. Tot aix\u00f2, amb l\u2019objectiu d\u2019assolir diferents objectius espec\u00edfics, com ara la <strong>millora de la compet\u00e8ncia oral comunicativa dels alumnes<\/strong>, la realitzaci\u00f3 de <strong>pr\u00e0ctiques de conversa<\/strong> o el <strong>foment de la motivaci\u00f3 i l\u2019inter\u00e8s de l\u2019alumnat envers la llengua anglesa<\/strong>.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A banda, els Auxilars de conversa destinen <span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>una hora i mitja setmanal a cada centre a formaci\u00f3 del professorat,<\/strong> qu<\/span>e es concreta en els <strong>grups de conversa per mestres<\/strong>, activitat inclosa al <a href=\"https:\/\/aplicacions.gestioeducativa.gencat.cat\/pls\/soloas\/pk_for_mod_ins.p_for_cons_activitats?p_any=2017-2018&amp;p_crp=408&amp;p_totes=S&amp;p_paginar=n\">Pla de Formaci\u00f3 de Zona del CRP de Castellar del Vall\u00e8s<\/a>, amb la finalitat de contribuir a la millora de la comp\u00e8tencia ling\u00fc\u00edstica oral en llengua anglesa dels
