La gesti\u00f3 emocional en fam\u00edlia no consisteix a evitar els moments dif\u00edcils, sin\u00f3 a aprofitar-los per cr\u00e9ixer junts. Quan una criatura s\u2019enfada, plora o es tanca en ella mateixa, no ens est\u00e0 posant a prova, sin\u00f3 que ens est\u00e0 demanant ajuda per comprendre<\/strong> el que li passa. I \u00e9s aqu\u00ed on el paper de la fam\u00edlia \u00e9s clau: acompanyar, comprendre i donar seguretat emocional.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A casa \u00e9s on tot comen\u00e7a. \u00c9s el primer lloc on els infants aprenen qu\u00e8 vol dir estimar, enfadar-se, frustrar-se o alegrar-se. Abans fins i tot de parlar, ja entenen el llenguatge de les emocions: el to de veu, una mirada dol\u00e7a, una abra\u00e7ada o una expressi\u00f3 seriosa<\/strong>. \u00c9s en aquest espai quotidi\u00e0, tan proper i real, on els nens i nenes descobreixen com es viu, com es comparteix i com es calma all\u00f2 que sentim.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
