Una vintena de docents <strong>han participat<\/strong> en aquesta primera trobada, centrada en aspectes d\u2019organitzaci\u00f3 i en eines pr\u00e0ctiques per gestionar amb \u00e8xit la vida di\u00e0ria de les aules.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les p\u00edndoles formatives s\u00f3n una <strong>novetat en el servei del CRP<\/strong>, creades i dinamitzades pels seus professionals, i es caracteritzen per ser <strong>formacions personalitzades<\/strong> que responen a les necessitats concretes de cada centre. Aquesta \u00e9s la primera de les dues sessions programades, que tamb\u00e9 promouen la reflexi\u00f3 compartida i l\u2019intercanvi d\u2019experi\u00e8ncies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Amb aquest nou format, el CRP  reafirma el seu comprom\u00eds amb l\u2019acompanyament i la millora cont\u00ednua de la pr\u00e0ctica docent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large is-resized\"><a
