L&#8217;activitat que va comptar amb m\u00e9s 60 participants va estar enfocada a reflexionar sobre els beneficis que la pr\u00e0ctica del ioga aporta als infants de 0 -6 anys.<\/p>\n<p>La jornada va comen\u00e7ar amb una presentaci\u00f3 de la tallerista i mestra de ioga Marga Mart\u00edn Le\u00f3n que ens va compartir els seus coneixements sobre aquesta disciplina i ens va facilitar recursos i eines per introduir la seva pr\u00e0ctica a les aules amb els infants.<\/p>\n<p>Un cop finalitzada aquesta primera part, i despr\u00e9s d&#8217;un esmorzar saludable per agafar energies, es va realitzar una sessi\u00f3 vivencial on les docents van poder posar en pr\u00e0ctica diferents t\u00e8cniques de respiraci\u00f3 i exercicis d&#8217;aquesta disciplina.<\/p>\n<p>Agrair la participaci\u00f3 de totes les assistents, als ajuntaments que ho han fet possible, a l&#8217;Escola Mestre Pla per cedir-nos l&#8217;espai i molts especialment a la Marga per fer-ho tot tant f\u00e0cil.<\/p>\n<p>Finalment us compartim d&#8217;imatges de la jornada i la presentaci\u00f3 utilitzada durant la xerrada.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a
