decisions dels equips docents (amb la participaci\u00f3 de la fam\u00edlia i de l\u2019alumnat) sobre la planificaci\u00f3 de mesures, actuacions i suports per donar resposta a situacions singulars de determinats alumnes en tots els contextos en qu\u00e8 es desenvolupa el projecte educatiu.<\/p>\n<p>A continuaci\u00f3, us presentem un resum actualitzat amb els aspectes m\u00e9s rellevants sobre les
