s\u00e0viament per <a href=\"http:\/\/www.annaserradolcet.com\/\">Anna Serra Dolcet, <\/a>on hem apr\u00e8s i vivenciat\u00a0 sobre una emoci\u00f3 que, en les circumst\u00e0ncies actuals, tenim encara molt m\u00e9s interioritzada.<\/p>\n<p>Inici\u00e0vem el taller amb aquest pregunta: <strong><em>Qu\u00e8 fem amb la intransig\u00e8ncia de les persones davant la por?<\/em><\/strong>: <strong><em>La sostenim, la tolerem i la treballem.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A trav\u00e9s de tres contes orientals la tallerista ens va presentar diferents elements d&#8217;an\u00e0lisi sobre el tema.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><em><strong>El conte de la pesta:\u00a0<\/strong><\/em>la por i els seus danys colaterals<\/li>\n<li><em><strong>L&#8217;encreuament de camins: <\/strong><\/em>la pressi\u00f3 externa i la sobreinformaci\u00f3.<\/li>\n<li><em><strong>La porta negra: <\/strong><\/em>el coratge de buscar la llibertat.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em><strong>Qu\u00e8 ens genera la por?<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/vallesoccidental8\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1103\/2020\/10\/nuvol-1.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Qu\u00e8 necessitem per gestionar la por?:\u00a0<\/strong><\/em>indetificar-la, recon\u00e8ixer-la, expressar-la, tenir coneixements de saviesa, pr\u00e0ctiques volunt\u00e0ries sobre gesti\u00f3 mental i emocional.<\/p>\n<p>Despr\u00e9s de vivenciar, compartir\u00a0 i experimentar durant quatre hores amb diferents propostes, t\u00e8cniques i materials, es va concloure el taller amb un esperit ser\u00e9 que es <em>traspuava a trav\u00e9s\u00a0 la pantalla.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><a
