Qui ensenya el respecte a la propietat intel\u00b7lectual? Com mostrem les normes \u00e8tiques per moure&#8217;s per la xarxa? Tenim tot un repte per endavant.<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><b>Ciutadans digitalment \u00e8tics. Creative commons<\/b><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La <\/span><b>propietat intel\u00b7lectual<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u00e9s un tipus de propietat que pertany a l\u2019autor pel sol fet de la creaci\u00f3 original d\u2019una obra liter\u00e0ria, art\u00edstica o cient\u00edfica i que li confereix drets de car\u00e0cter personal i patrimonial, consistents en la plena disposici\u00f3 i el dret exclusiu a l\u2019explotaci\u00f3 de l\u2019obra, sense m\u00e9s limitacions que les establertes a la llei. Aix\u00f2 implica que l\u2019obra no pot ser utilitzada o usada sense la pr\u00e8via autoritzaci\u00f3, generosa o gratu\u00efta, de l\u2019autor.
