{"id":10329,"date":"2018-11-28T11:10:48","date_gmt":"2018-11-28T10:10:48","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/vallesoccidental8\/?p=10329"},"modified":"2018-11-29T09:18:44","modified_gmt":"2018-11-29T08:18:44","slug":"avaluacio-competencial-a-leso","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/vallesoccidental8\/general\/avaluacio-competencial-a-leso\/","title":{"rendered":"AVALUACI\u00d3 COMPETENCIAL A L&#8217;ESO &#8211; Sessi\u00f3 de treball amb equips directius"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>El passat 8 de novembre va tenir lloc a l&#8217;Institut de Sentmenat una sessi\u00f3 de treball amb les direccions de secund\u00e0ria, per abordar l&#8217;avaluaci\u00f3 de secund\u00e0ria amb l&#8217;entrada en vigor de l&#8217;<a href=\"http:\/\/cgtense.pangea.org\/IMG\/pdf\/ordre_avaluacio_eso.pdf\">ORDRE ENS\/108\/2018<\/a>, de 4 de juliol, per la qual es determinen el procediment, els documents i els requisits formals del proc\u00e9s d&#8217;avaluaci\u00f3 a l&#8217;educaci\u00f3 secund\u00e0ria obligat\u00f2ria.<\/p>\n<p>A aquesta sessi\u00f3 de treball hi van assistir les direccions i coordinacions pedag\u00f2giques dels instituts de Sentmenat, Castellar del Vall\u00e8s, Palau-solit\u00e0 i Plegamans, Poliny\u00e0 i Santa Perp\u00e8tua de Mogoda; els inspectors de zona Joaquim N\u00fa\u00f1ez, Roser Canals i Llu\u00eds Hern\u00e0ndez, i representants del Servei Educatiu del Vall\u00e8s Occidental VIII.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Es comen\u00e7a la sessi\u00f3 recomanant la lectura del <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/file\/d\/0B1V-Di4fP3t0TnNjZTVuN29SWk1aMVY2dC00cjVjTXBaVzV3\/view?usp=sharing\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Document Curr\u00edculum competencial<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> a l\u2019aula, i revisant el concepte de compet\u00e8ncia. Considerem que \u00e9s<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0m\u00e9s f\u00e0cil avaluar coneixements que compet\u00e8ncies (que resulta m\u00e9s complex, cost\u00f3s, i comporta m\u00e9s temps). El coneixement \u00e9s assolible, en canvi la compet\u00e8ncia no s\u2019acaba assolint plenament. Si una persona t\u00e9 les compet\u00e8ncies sol tenir els coneixements, a la inversa \u00e9s dif\u00edcil que es doni. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Quan abordem l&#8217;avaluaci\u00f3, \u00e9s necessari tenir en compte els 3 aspectes b\u00e0sics de la proposta curricular competencial:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: circle;\">\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0 Integraci\u00f3 de coneixements<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0 Funcionalitat dels aprenentatges<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0 Autonomia personal<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">i que els aprenentatges competencials s\u00f3n:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: circle;\">\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0 Transferibles (aplicables en contextos diferents)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0 Significatius i permanents<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0 Productius<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0 Funcionals (per resoldre problemes de la vida quotidiana) <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tamb\u00e9 es revisen les tipologies competencials i com estan agrupades en\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/xtec.gencat.cat\/web\/.content\/alfresco\/d\/d\/workspace\/SpacesStore\/0020\/6ef56df3-3ab8-431b-bbf8-9cfc3f1208a5\/curriculum_secundaria_competencies_basiques.pdf\"><b>8 Compet\u00e8ncies Clau<\/b><\/a> (algunes molt transversals, algunes m\u00e9s espec\u00edfiques, associades a \u00e0rees curriculars), i tamb\u00e9 l<\/span><span style=\"font-family: inherit; font-size: 1em;\">\u2019arquitectura del curr\u00edculum:\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>\u00c0mbits -&gt; \u00c0rees\/Mat\u00e8ries -&gt; Dimensions -&gt; Compet\u00e8ncies -&gt; Criteris d\u2019avaluaci\u00f3.<\/strong> Quan programem \u00e9s important tenir en compte<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0aquesta estructura curricular.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Els continguts curriculars s\u00f3n els que ens ajuden a desenvolupar les compet\u00e8ncies<\/strong>, per tant cal destriar i prioritzar els que s\u00f3n claus i els que no ho s\u00f3n en la nostra programaci\u00f3.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Es va tractar tamb\u00e9 la difer\u00e8ncia entre avaluaci\u00f3 reguladora i qualificadora:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/vallesoccidental8\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1103\/2018\/11\/avaluac\u00ed\u00f3.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-10334\" src=\"https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/vallesoccidental8\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1103\/2018\/11\/avaluac\u00ed\u00f3.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"734\" height=\"369\" srcset=\"https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/vallesoccidental8\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1103\/2018\/11\/avaluac\u00ed\u00f3.png 786w, https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/vallesoccidental8\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1103\/2018\/11\/avaluac\u00ed\u00f3-300x151.png 300w, https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/vallesoccidental8\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1103\/2018\/11\/avaluac\u00ed\u00f3-768x386.png 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 734px) 100vw, 734px\" \/><\/a><b><\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>Els criteris d\u2019avaluaci\u00f3 expliciten les decisions sobre les qualificacions.\u00a0<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El que haur\u00edem de fer explicit \u00e9s <\/span><b>qu\u00e8<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> ha de fer un alumne per tenir un assoliment notable? (i no pas com fem ara, que \u00e9s just a la inversa, si <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">treu<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> un 8 t\u00e9 un notable).\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Per elaborar els criteris, \u00e9s aconsellable partir de l\u2019Annex 2 del <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/ensenyament.gencat.cat\/ca\/departament\/publicacions\/colleccions\/competencies-basiques\/eso\/\"><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">llibret<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> de Compet\u00e8ncies B\u00e0siques<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> de cada \u00e0rea (<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Compet\u00e8ncies i nivells de gradaci\u00f3<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">); a partir d\u2019aquesta proposta es pot decidir quines compet\u00e8ncies i nivells d\u2019assoliment es prioritzen al centre, i tamb\u00e9 pactar les mesures d\u2019atenci\u00f3 a la diversitat. La programaci\u00f3 d\u2019aula necessita molts altres indicadors secundaris, per\u00f2 en podem establir uns de b\u00e0sics per decidir si l&#8217;alumne\/a pot superar l\u2019etapa.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>El que cal canviar no s\u00f3n nom\u00e9s els instruments d&#8217;avaluaci\u00f3, sin\u00f3 que\u00a0<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">s\u00f3n les activitats les que han de ser competencials. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El punt de partida hauria de ser aquest, a partir dels continguts curriculars, s\u2019haurien de dissenyar activitats competencials, i amb aquest plantejament resulta m\u00e9s f\u00e0cil l\u2019avaluaci\u00f3; per a que les activitats siguin competencials, \u00e9s necessari un canvi de la metodologia de l\u2019aula.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sobre el debat si l&#8217;avaluaci\u00f3 competencial pot resultar dif\u00edcil i subjectiva, s&#8217;arriba a la conclusi\u00f3\u00a0que l\u2019avaluaci\u00f3 tradicional ho \u00e9s tamb\u00e9, i alguns veuen l&#8217;avaluaci\u00f3 competencial com un alliberament.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hi ha un debat terminol\u00f2gic, al final hem de tenir una acta amb uns n\u00fameros i unes lletres, i per la presa de decisi\u00f3 entre qu\u00e8 \u00e9s 1 i 2 (assolit\/no assolit) es necessiten unes evid\u00e8ncies; per\u00f2 amb l\u2019avaluaci\u00f3 tradicional, tamb\u00e9 s\u2019ha de decidir entre un 4 i un 5, i tamb\u00e9 es necessiten unes evid\u00e8ncies.<strong> El canvi no \u00e9s el concepte, sin\u00f3 el proc\u00e9s.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Per fer la <em>transici\u00f3<\/em> als centres,\u00a0<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">es tracta de decidir quin contingut ajudar\u00e0 a assolir aquella compet\u00e8ncia, i<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0partir del que ja es fa b\u00e9 als centres (que \u00e9s molt), acabar de donar-li el tomb i\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">donar protagonisme a l\u2019alumne en el seu proc\u00e9s d\u2019aprenentatge. Quant a l&#8217;<strong>informe d&#8217;avaluaci\u00f3<\/strong>, es remarca que<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0\u00e9s important explicitar la informaci\u00f3 per les fam\u00edlies, i que \u00e9s al mig del proc\u00e9s quan li hem de fer saber a l\u2019alumne on \u00e9s i on ha d\u2019arribar (i no al final, quan ja no hi ha marge d\u2019actuaci\u00f3). Aquest \u00e9s el veritable sentit de l\u2019avaluaci\u00f3: permetre que cadasc\u00fa, a partir d\u2019una determinada situaci\u00f3 inicial, pugui tenir dades del seu progr\u00e9s, pugui regular-lo i finalment accedeixi a nous aprenentatges. En la mateixa l\u00ednia, l<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2019informe d\u2019avaluaci\u00f3 hauria d\u2019incloure aspectes evolutius, relacionals, etc.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El tema de fons,en definitiva, s\u00f3n les <strong>pr\u00e0ctiques d\u2019avaluaci\u00f3 competencial a l\u2019aula<\/strong>. Si les pr\u00e0ctiques s\u00f3n competencials, els altres aspectes haurien de ser m\u00e9s f\u00e0cils de resoldre.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Per concloure la sessi\u00f3 es planteja als docents la pregunta <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cCom voldr\u00edem que fossin els nostres alumnes?\u201d<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> -o com voldr\u00edem que fossin els propis fills-: feli\u00e7os, aut\u00f2noms, sociables, capa\u00e7os d\u2019establir relacions saludables, savis, amb capacitat de prendre decisions, de treballar en equip\u2026. Aquesta \u00e9s la pauta que ens hauria d\u2019ajudar a prioritzar qu\u00e8 hem de treballar al centre per tal de contribuir a que els alumnes (o els fills i filles) desenvolupin aquestes compet\u00e8ncies.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Us facilitem els documents de treball de la sessi\u00f3, esperant que siguin del vostre inter\u00e8s.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 120px;\"><iframe
