La llengua catalana ha de ser una llengua de tots; una llengua de carrer, d\u2019acollida, d’oportunitats, de prestigi, de diversi\u00f3… Per\u00f2 no tothom est\u00e0 en les mateixes condicions per utilitzar-la i ser-ne prou competent en el seu \u00fas.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n
