En aquesta jornada hi van assistir l&#8217;Institut Bit\u00e0cola, l&#8217;Institut Can Planas, l&#8217;Institut-Escola Can Llobet i la Fundaci\u00f3 Barber\u00e0 Promoci\u00f3. Cadascun va presentar un dels projectes desenvolupats aquest curs, amb una breu descripci\u00f3 del treball realitzat i el testimoni de l&#8217;alumnat que hi havia participat, que va explicar qu\u00e8 els havia semblat i qu\u00e8 hi havien apr\u00e8s amb l&#8217;APS.<\/p>\n<p>Va obrir l&#8217;acte l&#8217;alcalde de Barber\u00e0 del Vall\u00e8s, Sr. Xavier Garc\u00e9s. Posteriorment es va fer un petit rep\u00e0s de les anteriors jornades APS.<\/p>\n<p>Despr\u00e9s de la presentaci\u00f3 dels projectes, es van lliurar uns obsequis als centres educatius participants i a les entitats amb qui havien col\u00b7laborat. En concret, es va recon\u00e8ixer la feina feta amb el Consell Catal\u00e0 d&#8217;Esports\u00a0 (pel projecte CIATE de Can Llobet), a l&#8217;Ajuntament de Barber\u00e0 (pel projecte Guarnim el balc\u00f3 de l&#8217;Ajuntament de la Fundaci\u00f3 Barber\u00e0 Promoci\u00f3), a l&#8217;escola Mart\u00ed i Pol (pel projecte de Caixes d&#8217;Aprenentatge amb l&#8217;Institut Bit\u00e0cola) i a l&#8217;Escola del Bosc i la Resid\u00e8ncia Ballesol (pels seus projectes de refor\u00e7 escolar i acompanyament a la gent gran de Can Planas).
