Com hauria de ser en el futur? Qu\u00e8 \u00e9s l\u2019alimentaci\u00f3 sostenible?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La tercera confer\u00e8ncia del cicle de confer\u00e8ncies es realitzar\u00e0 el pr\u00f2xim 6 de novembre a les 18\u202fh a la Sala de Juntes de la FEPTS. En aquesta edici\u00f3, el tema central ser\u00e0 la Sostenibilitat Aliment\u00e0ria. El format de la confer\u00e8ncia inclour\u00e0 les presentacions dels tres ponents i les seves iniciatives \/ recerques:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Maria Blanquer:&nbsp;Experta en educaci\u00f3 aliment\u00e0ria, diplomada en Nutrici\u00f3 Humana i Diet\u00e8tica per la Universitat de Barcelona, i t\u00e8cnica superior en Diet\u00e8tica i Nutrici\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Oriol Aldom\u00e0 i Marc Ib\u00f3s: Fundadors de Talkual Foods, empresa de les terres de Lleida que comercialitza fruites i verdures imperfectes, promovent un consum sostenible i responsable.
