d\u2019octubre, sobre atenci\u00f3 educativa a l\u2019alumnat en el marc d\u2019un sistema educatiu inclusiu<\/em>, estableix un Acord Marc de col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 entre el Departament de Salut i el d\u2019Educaci\u00f3 per al desenvolupament de les intervenci\u00adons vinculades a la salut de l\u2019alumnat, i per garantir que l&#8217;alumnat rebi el suport de manera personalitzada a les seves necessitats de salut per assolir el m\u00e0xim d\u2019autonomia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Arran d\u2019aquest acord us fem arribar aquests dos documents, que dins l\u2019Acord Marc d\u2019atenci\u00f3 a l\u2019alumnat amb necessitats especials de salut als centres educatius ordinaris i als centres d\u2019educaci\u00f3 especial (PASCE B i C), tenen l\u2019objectiu de garantir l\u2019atenci\u00f3 a la salut dels infants o joves amb necessitats de cures en horari escolar derivades de malalties cr\u00f2niques:<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/file\/d\/10QI2AX1PXIyAS-H5t3Qd6aP563rR0dRG\/view?usp=drive_link\"><strong>Protocol d\u2019atenci\u00f3 a la salut en l\u2019entorn educatiu<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<strong><a
