L\u2019anunci es va fer ahir, 6 de mar\u00e7, a la Fira del Llibre Infantil i Juvenil de Bolonya on es reuneix la comunitat LIJ internacional. El lema d\u2019IBBYCAT is \u201cReading is a universal right\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Carolina Ballester, directora Executiva de l\u2019IBBY, va ser l\u2019encarregada de fer l\u2019anunci.
