Quan docents comparteixen un grup d\u2019alumnes, \u00e9s necessari que aprenguin a observar-se m\u00fatuament i, a partir d\u2019aquesta observaci\u00f3, obtenir evid\u00e8ncies que permetin oferir un feedback constructiu al company i companya docent, per tal de reflexionar sobre els punts forts i els punts febles, de millora.<\/p>\n<p class=\"rtejustify\">Entenem, doncs, l\u2019observaci\u00f3 entre iguals com la creaci\u00f3 de parelles de docents, amb graus d\u2019experi\u00e8ncia similar, que acorden observar-se m\u00fatuament un o diversos aspectes pedag\u00f2gics de la seva acci\u00f3 a l\u2019aula, per mitj\u00e0 d\u2019instruments de recollida d\u2019evid\u00e8ncies, per posteriorment oferir-se retroalimentaci\u00f3 constructiva m\u00fatua, que permeti reflexionar per trobar objectius de millora.<\/p>\n<p class=\"rtejustify\">En col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 amb la Xarxa de Compet\u00e8ncies B\u00e0siques, promoguda pel Departament d\u2019Educaci\u00f3 del Govern Catal\u00e0, hem dissenyat una actuaci\u00f3 en qu\u00e8\u00a0parelles volunt\u00e0ries de docents\u00a0planifiquen l\u2019observaci\u00f3, la porten a terme, ajudats d\u2019una graella d\u2019observaci\u00f3 que pr\u00e8viament han ajustat i, posteriorment, fan una sessi\u00f3 de retroalimentaci\u00f3 per, a partir de les evid\u00e8ncies, reflexionar conjuntament per tal de trobar objectius de millora docent.<\/p>\n<p>En <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/grupsderecerca.uab.cat\/grai\/content\/aprenentatge-entre-professors\">aquest enlla\u00e7<\/a><\/strong> podreu consultar el document on es descriu el cicle d\u2019observaci\u00f3 entre iguals i s\u2019inclouen documents de suport, infografies i bibliografia de refer\u00e8ncia.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El nostre inspector, en David Parr\u00f3n, ens convida a visualitzar aquest video tan interessant sobre la l&#8217;observaci\u00f3 entre iguals, entre docents.
