El lema d&#8217;aquesta edici\u00f3 \u00e9s <strong>&#8220;Activa&#8217;t i comen\u00e7a a sumar&#8221; <\/strong>i ho fan\u00a0dimarts i dijous.<\/p>\n<p>Les raons per les quals es va engegar aquest programa s\u00f3n aquestes: A Catalunya, la prevalen\u00e7a d&#8217;obesitat i sobrep\u00e8s (exc\u00e9s de pes) infantil \u00e9s elevada amb un gradient social important. Un de cada 3 infants de 6 a 12 anys presenta exc\u00e9s de pes i els nivells d&#8217;activitat f\u00edsica s\u00f3n baixos: nom\u00e9s un de cada 3 fa un oci actiu. A m\u00e9s a m\u00e9s, tot indica que s&#8217;ha incrementat amb la pand\u00e8mia.<\/p>\n<p>El programa\u00a0<em>La Milla Di\u00e0ria<\/em>, amb origen a Regne Unit, t\u00e9 per objectiu que l\u2019alumnat corri o camini de pressa durant quinze minuts al dia a l&#8217;aire lliure durant l&#8217;horari escolar en el moment escollit per l\u2019escola. \u00c9s una activitat f\u00edsica que promou alhora l&#8217;estat de forma, el benestar social, emocional i mental. Per a participar, l\u2019alumnat nom\u00e9s necessita un cal\u00e7at adient i no cal cap material ni formaci\u00f3 especial del professorat.
