Centrar la mirada en les mestres, s\u00ed en el mestre, donant estrat\u00e8gies, idees o eines per ser m\u00e9s feli\u00e7 durant la jornada laboral i\/o, en conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncia, en la vida personal.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Qui \u00e9s en Siscu Inglada?<\/strong> <em>En Siscu porta 15 anys fent de mestre de l&#8217;escola p\u00fablica.\u00a0Fa 10 anys que forma part del grup de treball ICE-UAB &#8220;Formaci\u00f3 de formadors de mestres&#8221; sobre l&#8217; Aprenentatge Cooperatiu i 9 anys del grup treball ICE \u2013 UB &#8220;Inclusi\u00f3 de l&#8217;alumnat amb necessitat educatives <wbr \/>espec\u00edfiques&#8221;.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00c9s formador del Departament d&#8217;Educaci\u00f3 en Metodologia cooperativa com a m\u00e8tode d&#8217;inclusi\u00f3 a l&#8217;aula i a l&#8217;\u00e0rea d&#8217;educaci\u00f3 f\u00edsica i tamb\u00e9 per la Transformaci\u00f3 de patis coeducatius i com eina clau per evitar la discriminaci\u00f3 i l&#8217;assetjament escolar.
