El seu objectiu ha estat sensibilitzar i dotar d&#8217;eines als docents i responsables educatius per a la prevenci\u00f3, detecci\u00e7\u00f3 i actuaci\u00f3 davant incidents de racisme, xenob\u00f2fia i altres maneres d&#8217;intoler\u00e0ncia. \u00ebs a l&#8217;escola quan es comen\u00e7a a conviure aamb persones diferents i el que s&#8217;apren en elles ser\u00e0 fonamental per al comportament futur. \u00c9s en aquest moment quan els i les joves aprenen a valorar la diversitat des d&#8217;una perspectiva d&#8217;enriquiment i no com un obstacle.<\/p>\n<p>En aquest manual es descriu el perqu\u00e8 de l&#8217;exist\u00e8ncia de la xenof\u00f2bia, el racisme i altres formes connexes d&#8217;intoler\u00e0ncia; el diagn\u00f2stic de la situiaci\u00f3 de la poblaci\u00f3 migrant i les minories i el marc normatiu; les estrat\u00e8gies per a la prevenci\u00f3 i sensibilitzaci\u00f3 als centres educatius; quins efectes tenen aquests incidents i quina \u00e9s la millor
