Aquesta Xarxa t\u00e9 com a base potenciar el coneixement de cada centre en el seu propi proc\u00e9s i compartir-lo i generar sinergies entre les propostes educatives pr\u00f2pies de cada centre o entre les propostes educatives o socioeducatives de l&#8217;entorn. Durant aquest curs estem treballant diferents eines d&#8217;avaluaci\u00f3 i compartint bones pr\u00e0ctiques; d&#8217;aquesta manera tothom s&#8217;enriquim de les experi\u00e8ncies i punts de vista d&#8217;altres centres.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A aquesta sessi\u00f3, ens vam reunir al Institut Leonardo da Vinci per una sessi\u00f3 on veure de forma global el treball i l&#8217;aplicaci\u00f3 de les eines d&#8217;avaluaci\u00f3 que hem treballat durant aquest curs aplicades als diferents centres. A m\u00e9s les companyes de l&#8217;<strong>Escola Pi d&#8217;en Xandri<\/strong> ens van explicar com apliquen la seva carpeta d&#8217;aprenentatge.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">\r\n\t<div class=\"slideshow_container slideshow_container_style-light\" style=\"height: 300px;
