Un esport que permet desenvolupar continguts clau de les dimensions <strong><em>activitat f\u00edsica<\/em><\/strong> (<em>control i consci\u00e8ncia corporal, lateralitat, equilibri, orientaci\u00f3 espai\/temps, resoluci\u00f3 de situacions motrius, habilitats motrius b\u00e0siques, coordinaci\u00f3<\/em>) i<strong><em> joc motor<\/em><\/strong> (<em>mesures de seguretat, esfor\u00e7 i superaci\u00f3, cooperaci\u00f3 i respecte<\/em>).<\/p>\n<p>Hem experimentat el proc\u00e9s d&#8217;introducci\u00f3 dels aspectes m\u00e9s rellevants d&#8217;aquest art marcial i esport d&#8217;origen core\u00e0 a trav\u00e9s de la pr\u00e0ctica d&#8217;alguns rituals, t\u00e8cniques b\u00e0siques i jocs d&#8217;oposici\u00f3 1&#215;1.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La 3a sessi\u00f3 del seminari ha estat presencial a la seu del gimn\u00e0s Balmes.
